It is generally ok except the unprofessional front desk service. When I checked in around 10m late night, I was asked 2-3 times which companies I was from, I replied just check name but the front desk kept asking, which was a bad experience. In addition, the staff who served check-in had no name tag. When I asked is there any chance I can get updated on high floor lake view. The reply was: no, you must stay the room you booked. Wow, a great check in experience.
