Fantastic house in the quiet village of estilac on the golden island of Krk.



The property is newly built, a modern house on one floor on a spacious garden with outdoor pool and several terraces, one of them with a refreshing pool. The garden and car park are fenced.



The interiors are beautiful and spacious, the living room and kitchen are fully equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms so that all guests can enjoy their own comfortable space. The house is in a very quiet location surrounded by beautiful nature, yet there are shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby.



Explore the island of Krk, which offers many opportunities for (water) sports, entertainment and relaxation. Spend an unforgettable holiday in a small, quiet island town.

Schönes neues Haus mit einem netten Pool und schönem Garten, den niemand von aussen einsehen kann. Man findet sehr viele Schattenplätze zum Essen etc, was bei der Hitze natürlich super war, da man genau am Wald ist. Es ist sehr ruhig, man hörte auch kaum Nachbarn. In dem Dorf gibt es aber sonst nichts, man muss auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben, meistens so 15-20 Min Fahrzeit, was wir vollkommen ok fanden. Ivan war immer erreichbar für Fragen und hat sehr schnell geantwortet.Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Ein kleines Check In Info Blatt mit den wichtigstens Infos wäre hilfreich, damit man nicht alles erfragen muss (wo kommt der Müll hin, Wlan Code, welche Schalter nicht drücken etc.) Der Checkin Code für die Schlüsselbox sollte schon vorher per Mail oder SMS kommen, damit man nicht extra anrufen muss.

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Unserer Meinung nach sollten einige Dinge im Haus auf Vordermann gebracht werden: Außenjalousine, undichte Duschen, Gartentisch, Boden des Pools, um nur die größten Themen zu nennen. Ansonsten hatten wir eine sehr schöne und ruhige Woche in dem Haus und uns wurde bei kleineren Angelegenheiten auch sofort geholfen (e.g. Stromausfall, kaputter Wäscheständer und Kescher).

Das Ferienhaus ist neueren Baujahrs und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich sehr umfangreich. Bis auf einen vernünftigen Bodenstaubsauger hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft. Das Haus befindet sich etwas abgelegen in einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung auf einer Anhöhe. Mir hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen, da man in der Regel ohnehin alles mit dem Auto erledigt und es zudem schön ruhig war. Die Strände und ein kleiner Supermarkt waren mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten erreichbar.Wünschenswert wäre eine kleine Info Mappe mit Information rund um das Haus.So musste ich das W-LAN Passwort erst einmal am Router suchen, herausfinden, dass das Haus über eine elektrische Heizung verfügt (die ich versehentlich eingeschaltet habe) und der Pool durch Verdunstung und planschende Kinder Wasser Verloren hat, sodass die Pumpe anfing trockenzulaufen. Ein passender Wasserschlauch und Anschluss musste erst gesucht werden um etwas Wasser nachzufüllen. Nichts wildes, aber besser geht immer.
