"While the property was offered at a good price, mostly clean, and the employees were very kind, I had 3 issues: there was no water in the room or cups and whatever I tried to reach out to them. They never responded even to this day after I’ve checked out. I have still not gotten a response on any of these items, including: the towel holder in the bathroom was barely hanging on, the couch was very badly stained, and they never responded to my requests of water, and while Wi-Fi was set to be included, I was never given an entrance paper with the Wi-Fi information and it was not on any of our booking information and seeing they never responded when messaging their contact number I wasn’t able to get access. All in all, it was a nice place to stay for the price, but seeing it was only for one night, not having access to the Wi-Fi or water was difficult when the couch was very stained and some things were damaged. I ordinarily would not even mention these things that seeing they still to this day have not responded. I have no other way to mention them."
