Pool, ping pong, darts, and a 100-inch TV keep everyone entertained, while the private hot tub, ocean-view decks, and gas fire table give the group plenty of ways to slow down when sunset arrives.

The bright, open-concept great room is designed for gathering, with sweeping Pacific views, comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and an enormous 100-inch TV that turns movies, sports, and big games into an event.
The pool table brings another layer of fun directly into the main gathering space, so everyone can hang out together whether they’re playing or relaxing.

The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space and an open layout for easy vacation meals and group dinners.

Dillon Beach — Just a 4-minute drive for surfing, boogie boarding, beachcombing, tide pooling, fishing, shoreline walks, and dog-friendly beach adventures.
Tomales Bay — Kayaking, famous local oysters, waterfront dining, wildlife watching, and beautiful bay views.
Point Reyes — Beaches, hiking trails, wildlife, scenic drives, and dramatic coastal landscapes.
Bodega Bay — Fresh seafood, beaches, golf, kayaking, fishing, horseback riding, and seasonal whale watching.
Highway 1 — Dramatic overlooks, hidden beaches, charming coastal towns, and spectacular scenery.

Challenge the crew to pool, ping pong, or darts, put the big game on the 100-inch screen, then head outside as the sun drops over the Pacific. Gather around the fire table and finish the night with a private hot-tub soak. At The Yacht Club, beach days are only half the fun.


DOG GUIDELINES
$125 fee per dog
Yard is not enclosed
Dogs must remain leashed outdoors as we have wildlife around the house, friendly deer, fox etc.
Dogs must be quietly crated if left unattended


GUEST GUIDELINES
10 people max day or night — NO parties — NO large gatherings — NO drop-in guests (HOA w/ security)
4 cars max — NO on-street parking
Quiet hours 9PM–9AM
Be mindful of water usage
NO smoking/vaping of any substance in house (outdoor smoking only on paved surfaces)

• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
