The accommodation is very central, 20 meters from the beaches and 50 meters from the pedestrian area of Diano Marina, a commercial area where beautiful shops, bars, restaurants overlook and where the tourists walk in the evening.
The furniture is complete and accurate, it has also been designed not for rent but for living in it. We do not supply SHEETS AND TOWELS (bookable for a fee on request).

posiz. ottima- centrale -attrezzato - climatizzato - praticamente sul mare con accesso a spiaggia 50m.ben servita e a prezzi accessibili. qualche neo : da cambiare il saliscendi della doccia logoro e il divano ( ancora bello a vedersi ) ma datato e poco morbido per il sonno.

Schön aber laut.

Die Lage zwischen Altstadt und Meer ist eigentlich perfekt. Nachteil: Es ist bis nach 0.00 Uhr so laut, dass man die Fenster schließen muss. Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach und ist schlecht/nicht isoliert. Die Klimaanlage ist durchgehend gelaufen. Die Nebenkosten waren dementsprechend hoch. Auch die Matratzen (alte Federkernexemplare) waren unbequem. Die uns emofangende Dame sprach nur sehr wenig Englisch, ansonsten nur Italienisch. Sie auch nicht sehr freundlich.

Hervorragende Lage in Meeresnähe

Die Wohnung war für uns Zug-Reisende optimal! Strand vor der Haustür ebenso die Bushaltestelle und die kleinen Geschäfte der Altstadt! Im Mai war es angehm in Diano Marina und die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet! Insfern waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni con mio figlio di due anni nel mese di agosto.la casa è situata nella zona centrale (pedonale) di diano Marina ed è ben servita.ho trovato l’alloggio pulitissimo e aderente alla descrizione del sito (aria condizionata,lavatrice,lavastoviglie etc).è arredata interamente in legno con travi del tetto a vista

Die Wohnung ist zwar schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber für Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern zweckmäßig. Wir haben aber nur in der Wohnung gefrühstückt.
