The overall facility was dirty. Bags of trash were in the middle of the floor. The room's floor was dirty as well and the walls had marks everywhere. Honestly, I am surprised how good and kind the staff is considering the conditions this hotel offers to its guests.

Thin walls

The place is a nice budget option and exactly as advertised. Affordable, clean, and the staff was perfectly nice during kur ahort stay. The two major setbacks for us were the thin walls and the quality of the sheets. While the sheets were clean even after a cery thorough check thr material was not the best and even felt like scratching. The thin walls didnt really help as well. Seceral sounds from people walking in the halls and cars and trucks across the street as well as the staff at the Japanese restaurant next door opening up, we heard it all. Overall if youre on a budget and a deep sleeper itll be fine for you.

Nice stay...

A classy, clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay. The bed and bedding very nice. Small supply of towels-one wash cloth. The shower pressure was weak.The breakfast left much to be desired. Other than that-nice stay.

Horrible

Got up to go to hospital for surgery and room had no hot water. Toilet paper holder broke. Heat was unplugged and room very cold. When plugged in room took couple hours to warm up and fan extremely noisy. Booked for 3 and only 2 bath towels. Booked for 2 days and surgeon charged recheck.At 9am tried to rebook that day to next week.refused.
