This property listens to their customers. I mentioned that the noisy HVAC units were caused by dirty air filters in the units. When we returned they were in the process of cleaning those filters.

Two areas of improvement: (1) Clean the air filters on the HVAC unit in the room. Dirty filters make the unit really noisy. (2) At least pick up the garbage from the room each day. I don't need the linens replaced each day, but at least pick up the garbage.

Great but hot water wasn’t working.

Hotel was nice, rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk waited until he processed our card to tell us the hot water wasn’t working and they didn’t have a time frame for when it would be fixed. He said it with a smile….we didn’t realize he was serious until we checked that night. We checked in at 8pm and by 10am, it still wasn’t fixed.
