The breathtaking views from the wrap-around balcony on the eighth floor provide a view of the Gulf and the downtown Destin skyline. The master bedroom also offers access to the wrap-around balcony and the third bedroom has its own balcony with a beautiful view of downtown Destin. A private beach boardwalk only four minutes away offers easy beach access with no streets to cross.

A fully equipped kitchen features all new appliances including a full-sized range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also includes a coffeemaker, toaster, and complete kitchenware. A full-sized washer and dryer are also located within the unit for your convenience. The dining room table seats six, with four bar stools at the breakfast bar to offer plenty of seating for family meals. The third bedroom has a mini kitchenette including a mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster.
