The well-stocked kitchen includes both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, the dining table seating six, or outdoors on the patio. The living room is designed for relaxation and features a leather couch, a reclining chair, and a 56-inch TV with a DVD player—perfect for winding down after a day at the beach. This condo comfortably sleeps six guests. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed and a ceiling fan, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub. The guest bedroom offers a 2 full-size bed for added comfort, while the guest bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Walk directly out your private gated patio to the beach, pool, and tennis courts—no elevators required. Relax on the patio while listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the cool Gulf breeze. The beautiful white-sand private beach is just a short two-minute boardwalk stroll away.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.
