A full bathroom conveniently serves this level, ensuring everyone's comfort.
Start your day in the bottom level's charming breakfast nook before stepping out to your private pool. We prioritize safety, demonstrated by the lower-level door being equipped with a pool alarm, ensuring added security for everyone's peace of mind while enjoying their stay.

In addition to the private amenities, residents of Destin Pointe enjoy access to a variety of resort-style community features. Guests can also enjoy newly refinished tennis and pickleball courts, ideal for both casual play and friendly competition.

From sunrise coffee to sunset views, every moment at Le Zoute feels effortless.

*An additional pool heat fee of $300 is required to heat the pool and must be arranged before your stay.
***The lower level of the home isn't accessible from the upper level; you'll need to step outside to reach either floor. This setup is ideal for two families seeking a shared vacation space.

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Le Zoute for our family who was joining us at another Destin Pointe home and they had a wonderful stay. (BIG family reunion!) The Destin Pointe Vacation Rental Team was so helpful in scheduling and throughout the entire week. The home itself is comfortable, very clean and easy for our two daughters, their husbands and children to enjoy. Plenty of space for everyone. The 'kids', young and old, loved the pool. We all enjoyed several meals together in the living area and pool patio. Destin Pointe as a community has 3 pools to enjoy and also the perfect beach. Everyone loved the fact that we were in a less busy area, but still close to restaurants, groceries etc. Also nice that one free activity per day is included so when some went golfing,or another activity, one person goes for free. Thank you Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals for making our family reunion so great!

Perfect Family Getaway in Destin!

We had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay at this property in Destin, Florida. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the private pool was a fantastic bonus for relaxing with family. The beach was absolutely beautiful—just what we were hoping for—and the property’s community pools were also very nice and well-kept. Everything was just as described, and we appreciated the privacy and comfort the home offered. We would definitely stay here again for another family vacation!

Party of 5 August Trip

Great vacation. Neighborhood during our stay was nice and quiet. The house next door is being constructed so loud music and singing by workers were heard each morning throughout part of the day. It really didn’t bother us because we didn’t stay in the house all day. Basic necessities available to get you through for several days. There is no inside access between upper and lower level. During our stay the tram did not run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We had 3 young adults 18-20yrs old so walking for them was no big deal. The home itself was very comfortable and cozy. Great area to catch the firework show.

Destin Pointe never disappoints

This is the second time our family has stayed on the property. We love the location. It’s conveniently located to all necessities, offers separation from the tourist hot spots, is great for bike rides/walking and the beach shuttle to HarborWalk. We love that the private beach is protected by a rock seawall allowing the ability to swim and observe sea life even when the public beach has a double red flag day.The new infinity pool was wonderful. The house was beautiful. There were a few downsides: the VRBO description did not make it clear that the split level home could not be accessed floor to floor from inside the home. That would be great for multiple families, but not for our family of five. The Vacasa website makes this very clear. VRBO did not and we would have chosen a different property had we known. There was a very unpleasant smell in the kitchen when we arrived. When I opened the dishwasher to load it I discovered yellow standing water in the bottom of it. It smelled horrible and had clearly been there for a while. The lower level shower also does not work properly. To Vacasa’s credit, they sent maintenance very quickly after we notified them. They were able to fix the shower issue until the handle stopped working again on our last day. The smell from the dishwasher never went away despite multiple attempts to clean and deodorize it. It will likely need to be replaced and the smell seemed to have infiltrated the cupboards. We’ll be back!
