Enjoyed our stay

The property was in a great location, close to everything. Condo was clean and comfortable. View from the balcony was awesome. We all loved our time there.

Fantastic!

We loved at our stay in this condo. Everything was so clean and perfectly placed. The master bed & pullout bed were VERY comfortable. The view was incredible and we hope to visit again soon!!

Beautiful Oceanfront View

The overall resort was very nice and guest services was very accommodating. We had a lovely stay. The view from the balcony is fabulous and the unit had all new appliances. The only suggestion would be to change the dark brown furniture to coastal colors.

Great Beachfront Condo

There weren't a lot of reviews for this property when we booked, but we were more than pleased with the experience. The apartment was great. It was clean and modern--didn't feel outdated at all. The balcony view overlooking the beach was beautiful. While there were some elevator issues at the condo, our overall experience was great and we highly recommend this rental.

Lots of broken stuff: Head board on bed Recliner Toilet seat TV took a masters level knowledge of electronics to turn on. But we had a great time, spent only sleeping time actually in condo. Super location!! Beautiful beach.

Ac was a little loud going off and on could be a little more in the way of spices and such in the kitchen I mean some people fly in don't have the luxury if bringing everything other than that o wait your restaurant/bar is a joke really the bar overlooking the in door pool and the smell of chlorine to eat Not Going to Happen

All good except the bathroom

Our tub was so clogged that we had to wait 30 min after each shower before it was clear for the next person to shower. Other than that great time, great location, all other areas were clean and well maintained.

Scenic stay property is awful

Left our boards outside for lunch came back and gone. Asked staff and couldn’t find. Mext day boards are for sell at shop. Got blocked several times from people double parking. Security said they didn’t have a permit so must be a cool staff and no attempt to have car moved. If you leave property good chance you park in shady gravel lot with homeless people that doesn’t have any lights or security. Also near impossible to get to parking lot as construction crew blocking sidewalk.

Needs Improvements/Updates

This unit needs some major updates. The pillows on the couch and the coach were stained. It was so bad that we did not use them or touch them with our bare hands. There was a musty odor that was constant in the room. The view is beautiful and we did enjoy it as well as the location, on the beach, of the resort. We were there for a wedding, so we didn\'t have to spend too much time inside.

Not what we booked

Overall the location was perfect however, very disappointed that I was not informed until already on my way about the renovations happening. When I booked this place it did not mention that the outdoor pool and hot tub were not working along with the noisy construction. My room was not very clean and I did not have a working dishwasher, vacuum and no dust pan. This made for a sandy mess. Also had construction workers smoking on the balcony below me to where I could not sit on my balcony and enjoy the view. I understand renovations need to happen, would have been nice to know before booking.

Great Price, Great People, Great Stay!

I loved our stay! The price for a late-June condo ON THE BEACH was awesome! The furniture in our particular condo was slightly dated but that didn’t matter to us a bit. My kids also now think regular beds are awful and bunk beds are the ONLY way to sleep, so now I know they loved those. The only thing I could say is something that is unpreventable and I remember telling my husband that I don’t know how they clean the sand out as much as they could. You guys did amazing and I’m sure we all know sand is impossible to get out. There was also a chair in the dining area that was loose but we placed a throw pillow there so our kids knew not to sit on it.Having a small restaurant in the lobby was fabulous because the night we got there we didn’t want to go anywhere or cook anything. And my husband loved the little shop because he could get ice instead of driving to a gas station or convenience store. The staff was so friendly and made everything so easy. There were several families checking in at the same time as us but they still had smiles on their faces and were so pleasant. Concierge was also so helpful when I needed to know where to rent chairs, where to find little things, etc. and they were so attentive! Thank y’all for an awesome stay!

Great location, very loud construction.

We went a day early and stayed the first night in a hotel, that whole day before and the day of check in we tried messaging our host and never received an answer. We even tried requesting our check in date be moved back a day earlier a week in advance with no answer. I never received check in instructions, after 2 phone calls I reached a front desk who told me to just come there, while I still never received an email, chat back or phone call back about checking in. Also there was an overwhelming about of construction happening our whole stay, back of the building, front of the building and inside the building. We tried drinking coffee on our balcony watching the beach around 8:15 a.m. and couldn’t for the sound of hammer drills below us, above us and beside us. Also it would wake the kids up every morning to the sound of loud hammer drills. The room we stayed in was also not in great shape, very unclean. Also the dishwasher never worked so we had to hand wash all dishes.
