We had a horrible stay. We complained about the loudness and ceiling stomping that went from 6am to 4am. Other visitors complained as well. The more we complained the louder it got. Loud music we were able to hear all night. We were unable to rest the staff did not handle the problem until 4am in the morning. We had to be up by 7am to get back on the road without resting. Horrible experience. I will never stay here again.

The stay was not bad but there were some issues with the housekeeping, the room was supposed to be cleaned every other day but they only did it once during my 5 night stay, the day before I left they only changed the towels. The breakfast was not the best but still good, thanks for that. The beach is too far from the property and there is only one public access with a small area of public beach the rest is private beach, we had to drive to another beach because sometimes there was no place for us.

Personnel was terrific, especially Brianna at the front desk. Great location, at the heart of a major restaurant/shopping area. Major issue, however, with privacy and quietness. . I could hear the conversations and television of the guests in the adjoining room (especially through the door connecting the rooms.) Those doors need a major insulation overhaull.

Loved our 3 night stay here last month. Close to everything, a few min walk to the beach. Hotel is clean and new, bagel bar and yogurt parfaits were great in the breakfast area. Staff was very friendly. Will def stay here again when we are in the Destin area.

By far the worst experience I’ve had so far! This hotel had an issue with EVERY room that they could offer me. The bathroom fans sounding like cars, the a/c units either didn’t work, or sounded as if they were about to explode, let’s not get to the cleanliness portion 😒. I couldn’t even stay the 2nd night as the hotel rooms were falling apart. I didn’t even have the patience to continue to go back down to the service desk for issues. The young lady at the desk was extremely helpful to me and assisted me as much as she could as she is not apart of maintenance lol my child WANTED TO GO IMMEDIATELY! I really hope the hotel plans on righting their wrongs.

So when I came to check in, it was not exactly ready. So I left and went and got some gas and get some other things. And when I came back, then I was able to check in right away of course that was an hour later. They need to do some maintenance as the air filter needed to be changed. I’d like the wireless charger that was there in the room. Breakfast was OK. They had some cereal and some oatmeal and bagels.
This was the air filter they needed to be changed. I don’t think they changed it until after I left.
Oh and here’s a picture of us leaving across the bridge on our way home.

Breakfast is terrible. It was way better when it was under Best western which offered hot breakfast and free hot beverages all day. Downgraded overall.

The hotel is lovely, family friendly, amongst stores and restaurants. The staff members are inviting and very informative of the area. My room was very nice, but my favorite thing about the hotel is the water, skin and hair products. The water system is incredible, the water is soft and left my skin/hair feeling great. The products skin and hair care products were fantastic, my type 4 hair was moist after I washed it with hotel hair shampoo/co I was shocked.

Very friendly staff. Our issue was more of the state of the room, more specifically, the plumbing. We walked in and found a pool of water by the air conditioner, it was working which was good. My husband went downstairs to ask for more towels just to use to soak the water up. The front desk person said they were not able to move us to a different t room as they had a packed house, we didn’t request to be moved since we were thankfully only staying one night. The toilet from the getko was slow to flush. Then completely clogged and quit working just with urine. We went downstairs to use the building’s restroom on the first floor. We would have found a different place if we were staying any longer as the bathroom was unusable. Room was clean. Building definitely needs attention. Would not stay again.

This stay was not a good experience. We were offered no cleaning services the entire week of our stay. I ended up emptying trash and taking out my own dirty towels to laundry area, We even verbally requested for clean up services. The room had small insects throughout the suite including bathroom. In a nearby room, dog owners left their dog to bark constantly while they were gone, disturbing other paid customers all around this room. Nothing was aggressively done to reach out to owners. The one positive were the front desks staff. They were friendly and helpful in another matter that we had with check out.

It was not a good stay. No room service the entire week (and we requested). Insects in all rooms of the suite. Dog barking in other rooms (very irritating) The one bright spot was the front service staff who were very friendly.
