Perfection

This property is exactly what you see! Minute walk to the perfect white sand beach and easy enough to come right back when then toddlers aren’t having it! Having beach access right across the street made it not as big of a headache when kids aren’t cooperating. Correspondence with property manager was very quick and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!

Family Vacation

Great spacious home. Kitchen accessories/utensils could have been better. But, you can make do with what is there. Views and access to beach were positives. Elevator was a big help with small children and older parents. Would stay here again.

Beautiful location, perfect for large groups

We had a fantastic time at the Seastar. Group of 13 Adults joint together for a 50th birthday party from all over the US. Pretty much, everyone had their own private room. We had three handicap people and the elevator was perfect. Also was great for the day. The private chef came in to cook for us. The kitchen was plenty large enough, so none of us were running into each other. Please note bring coffee grounds, we ended up buying a Keurig. But the all stores are right around the corner, including a Whole Foods. Beautiful views from all of the balconies. Highly recommend. There is a small update to the views lol, they have built the house across the street. But it loses you nothing. You can see the ocean out of every window.

Beautiful, clean property with an excellent location ! Super easy to communicate with property owners. We loved our stay! The size/set up of the house allows for plenty of space to congregate yet also have personal space if needed. Only thing I would mention is to bring extra blankets and beach towels if you can !!!

spring break

great location and house! right across from beach entrance, lots of bedrooms, lots of kitchen seating at the two oversized tables for big dinners and card games! suggestion: add a hot tub!!!! and maybe a few bikes to the property to use. The wagons for the beach were useful, as well. Needs a few minor repairs to some blinds and kitchen fridge drawers...but most definitely not anything major. beds were super comfortable, and showers very nice!!

Excellent home to stay in

The house, amenities, and location were perfect. Everything was exactly as described and we had an incredible time. Do know, though, that if staying for a prolonged period (more than 3 days) you will need to provide yourself with additional paper towels, dishwasher/laundry detergent, etc as you only get one of each at check-in. Also don't forget to bring your beach towels as none are provided!

Christmas with friends

House is well suited for large groups. The bunk rooms were a great size for teenagers. The two dining room tables were perfect for eating and playing games. The pool was larger than most and heated well for cool days and evenings.

Perfect if pool had been cleaned

I was disappointed that the pool was not cleaned prior to our arrival on Thursday. Instead it was cleaned on Friday morning. As a result, we were not able to enjoy the pool until Friday.

Very nice home.

We did have an issue with one on the first floor bedroom bathroom plumbing that was unresolved. The maintenance worker stated it was a issue that could not be repaired without extensive work. Other than that, the home/property was amazing. Very nice stay and nice location.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family loved the house, especially the pool. The big kitchen with the large appliances made cooking for our family of 12 much easier. The two large dining tables provided plenty of room for the family to eat together or play games at night. The location is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach entrance making it easy to go back and forth from the house. It was easy to get to restaurants and stores on Scenic 98 with a golf cart. Highly recommend Captain Dave's for a great seafood dinner with the family. I was worried about the reviews I read about the traffic on Scenic 98 ruining the front balcony. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony, especially in the mornings and at night, and did not notice the traffic so that it kept us from enjoying the time out there. There are a few simple things that wouldn't cost much that would make the house a little more convenient. There's nowhere to hang your towels for any of the showers. Nor is there anywhere to put your soap and shampoo in the showers except on the floor. The most basic things like salt and pepper, hand soap in the kitchen, kitchen garbage bags, etc. are not provided. A couple of heads up: 1) No rafts or beach toys are provided. They have a policy that if you buy some at a local store and leave it behind, they'll charge you a "haul away" fee. This means you either must take them home in your luggage or throw them away at the end of your stay. 2) There is no access to the lake behind the house.

Amazing!!

We took a trip with 20 women. The house was plenty big for all of us. Beds, Bathrooms were great. This house was stalked really good for large groups. I would suggest bringing white noise with you. the house has a ton of tile and it just seems loud for those sleeping and others are still up. They had use of some beach chairs and wagon in garage. Everything was really great. Beautiful location so close to beach.

Beach Vaca from the Wyoming snow!

B E A U tiful house and property! Plenty of room! And great access to the beach! We paid for the pool to be heated and unfortunately the first night something happened with the equipment and management was quick to get it fixed. Only complaint was not enough bath towels for the amount of showers and people, 1 paper towel, and only a couple dishwasher soaps.

Beautiful home but needs better amenities

The house is beautiful and located delightfully close to the beach. The home itself is ill prepared for a large group to stay at. there was not 1 roll of paper towel, not a single spice, and no cups for children. For the price we paid we were shocked at how little there was compared to ALL other vacation rental homes we stayed in. Our family is very amenable and we had a fantastic time regardless but knowing beforehand would help future guests prepare.

Amazing

The Seastar Palazzo was amazing. Our family had plenty of space to spread out. The location was fantastic with a beautiful view and easy walk across the street to the beach. We enjoyed the backyard and pool and spent more time there than at the beach! We loved being able to have our dog with us. Any questions or issues we had at the property were handled quickly. The communication with property management was the best I’ve experienced. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future.
