I came to Destin for my daughter’s 1st birthday celebration. Let me start off by saying my main purpose and goal was the ocean…and this unit did not disappoint. The pictures are dull compared to how beautiful it is when you walk onto the balcony. We could watch the sun set from the balcony. This rental had everything we needed except washer and dryer which was my mistake - I didn’t realize the one bedrooms do not have washer and dryers. We had issues in the beginning with the dishwasher and air conditioner ..both issues were fixed promptly. Any questions I had received a quick friendly response. As I mentioned before I came for the beach and that is where I was everyday until the sun went down..I was not there to critiqe each room and search for flaws. The bed was comfortable , I had hot water and working ice machine! Very close to Walmart , target and multiple other shops and food places , coffee shops and ice cream. 3 pools, cafe and tiki bar all great! They had security on property at all times and patrolled the area as well. I have nothing bad to say about this place - we had an amazing trip. Thank you for opening up your place and allowing us to soak up the beauty for the week !!

Property was nice, balcony was right above the pool so it was noisy during the day. Rental chairs took up all the beach so if you had your own chairs, you have to set up behind them. Could not set up close to water. No trespassing signs on both sides of beach so walking on the beach was a little confusing. Front desk was not very helpful on finding our room. Kinda just sign here, here is parking pass and that’s about all was said. We had to ask a security guard. Shut down pool at 3:00 for a private party. There was other pools but not beach front.

The great place in front of Destin beach, however the property was a bit old and the amenities and towels are not enough for staying four nights. Also expedia gave us golf credit but nobody knows how to use.

Perfect ocean getaway. Super convenient

Location, unit and amenities are outstanding. Just pick a unit away from the trash drop shoots. Staff start at 7am sharp. No late sleeping in units near trash tower on lower floors.

4 night family trip

The unit we stayed in had a beautiful view. There were some little things we found.. like one of the pillow cases was dirty, my son found a bowl of cereal under one of the beds from the previous renters.. it had been there so long we had to let it soak to get it clean.. there was also water damage in various places in the condo and it smelled musty. Also, there is no ice machine on the property if you need ice for your coolers.. We didn’t find the staff to be too friendly.. we were told at arrival all the pools stayed open until 10:00pm, however, one pool closed at 6:00 every evening.. the gym hours definitely do not fit with everyone’s schedules.. some people are used to doing early morning workouts and it didn’t open until 7:00am.. For the price we paid to stay there, there were just so many things that weren’t as described. The overall best thing was the private beach and the view from our room. Not sure if we would ever stay there again due to the lack of communication and the lack of friendliness from the staff.. This hotel was really cool. Nice big room with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a balcony, full kitchen. I really like how there’s 3 pools, with one of them being half indoor half outdoor + a huge hot tub, outside bar (only downside is they close before 7), plus direct beach access. I’d definitely stay here for a trip again

The area rug in the livingroom had net been vacuumed in I don’t know how long so much sand came out of it. The floors and baseboards were filthy upon arrival. The toilet paper holder was on the floor in the bathroom instead of hanging on the wall. Each morning between 6-7 am we were woken by the metal garage door right outside our door where the house all the garbage for all the condo units (yes all you smell is hot garbage each time you leave the condo) then hear the garbage truck picking up and delivery a new dumpster each morning as the workers are throwing the stored garbage from the garage area into the newly delivered dumpster leaving garbage juice from the bags all over the ground to bake in the hot sun. Best part none of this was listed in the description of being near the garbage area! Otherwise wouldn’t have rented this condo! The top bunk couldn’t even use it was so close to the ceiling so our daughter had to sleep in the bed with my husband and I. The bathrooms don’t even have a soap dish for the bars of soap!

Loved the property and the condo. My only issues were the 2 small beds were VERY uncomfortable and anytime you moved they made a lot of noise. Also the tv in the master bedroom was set up where you had to get up and change the channel every time because the location of the box was behind the tv
