Comfortable pad, very convenient to private beach access. I will rate the cleanliness below a 1. If you pay for a cleaning fee you should expect to have clean bedding and towels which we had to bring to their attention but overall the location is what won us over!

The condo was nice and clean, however, we expected beach serice to be included since one of the pictures provided clearly shows sandpiper cove beach chairs as part of the condo package. It is very misleading to add that photo to the condo pictures and not provide them and not add in the description anywhere that beach service was not included.
