This was supposed to be a much needed break but instead I spent the 1st 3 days constantly on the phone with the rental company about problems with the rental. Housekeeping did not complete set up and areas of the condo were dirty, hot water heater kept shutting off and we had to trip the breaker every day for hot water, damages all over the unit, the blinds across the windows in the main room and kitchen do not work so we had no privacy in the evenings, lights that were broken and did not work, the coffee pot was stained and dirty but not one that could be put in the dishwasher, requested a new one which arrived the next day but it was damaged and could not be used, requested again (2 days with no coffee to start the day), the kitchen was not stocked for cooking, the wine cooler shelving is not stable and fell out when we tried to use it, the shelving in the rotating cabinets are falling apart, inside of washing machine is moldy, refrigerator is very loud, this is not a quite unit. Now for all of the hoops and codes required to enter the property and get into the unit, (hot tub and fitness center were both unavailable for use) they will tow your vehicle if you miss getting your parking pass in place quickly or forget to get it back in place because you moved it during driving. I have never stayed anywhere that required a #code to use the elevator and we, along with every guest entering the property gates, misses needing a # sign before the code to open the property gates.
