Great family trip

Thank you for a great place to stay, besides a few minimal issues everything was great. Elevator was awesome while traveling with a special needs child.

Great beach house

We had a fantastic stay with our whole family. The easy access to the beach just down the walkway and the views of the ocean from the mail balcony were huge pluses for our group.

House was directly on the beach. Had a great view with two ocean front balconies. House was very spacious and was well stocked with kitchen items and toiletries. There were a few things that needed to be repaired like the lower stove had an error code and the pool gate didn’t latch properly but overall a great place to stay.

Great Location

Wonderful beach front house. Perfect for large groups. Only issue was the hot tub did not work. Everything else was great and we definitely enjoyed our stay.

The house is in pretty good shape and seems to be improving with the new property manager. I new gas grill was delivered while we were there, as old one was not working. The family thought this was our best house ever, with over 10 trips to destin.

Cleaning should have a little more attention to detail before check-ins And the home needs more towels. With five ppl staying, we ran out quickly. Great week

The house is right on the beach, very convenient.The house was nice and clean. The kitchen was very good with sufficient amount of cooking utensils and plates/glasses. All rooms were well kept with fans in every room. The AC was good. The master bedroom and bath were great. Everything was perfect for our family needs. A few items needed attention from maintenance and they were taken care of quickly. The outdoor furniture padding were dirty and the outdoor grill was functional but ugly. Everything else was great and I would stay here again.

Girls Birthday Get-Away

This rental is very spacious for our group of 16 women, coming from 3 states, to celebrate 3 birthdays. Beds were very comfortable and the 2nd floor main kitchen was pretty well stocked. It was nice having the extra kitchen and refrigerator on the first floor. It was also nice having 3 decks, we used them all, especially enjoyable for coffee in the morning or at night with a breeze and just listening to the water on the coastline. We had a few issues arise while there but the management company got right on it. There were 4 beach chairs for our use but we brought 10 ourselves in our 3 minivans. The beach is narrow so we didn't have to carry chairs far. You could rent 2 chairs w 1 umbrella from the company on the beach. Highly recommend renting a pontoon boat w Capt. to take your group (no more than 10) to Crab Island - we needed two boats.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location, Attention Needed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this beautiful home and the immediate private beach access, however there were some issues that should definitely be corrected at this price point. A badly mildewed shower, some leaky plumbing/broken shower controls in other bathrooms, lights that didn’t work, inadequate supply of silverware, coffee cups, dish towels (zero dish rags), broken pantry doorknob, sharp metal piece on beach access sliding door that resulted in several torn shirts, a cut on an arm and a punctured pool float (we didn’t realize so many of us had the same experience with the sharp metal piece tearing clothing a one skin until we were preparing to leave)master mini fridge not working, master bath pocket door hangs up and difficult to open/close, elevator floor crack covered with carpet and not all grill burners worked, hot tub didn’t work and controls were broken. The quiet, private neighborhood and beyond-gorgeous Destin beach with clear turquoise water was so pleasurable. The condition of the home should reflect the high rental cost paid.
