This stunning Gulf-front unit makes every moment memorable!

Condo 603 has been thoughtfully updated for comfort and style. The living room received all-new furniture in December 2025, including a plush couch and recliners, complementing the 75” SMART HD TV with HD cable and the SEC Sports Channel. The master bedroom now features a brand-new Sterns & Foster king mattress for ultimate comfort, along with a 55” flat-screen TV and SMART Blu-ray DVD player. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper with memory foam mattress, making this unit ideal for up to 4 guests. Tile floors run throughout the unit, and remote-controlled ceiling fans in the master and living room ensure a cool, comfortable stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a pantry for groceries, a Keurig dual 12-cup coffee maker with K-Cup combo, and now includes a convenient air fryer for quick and easy meals. The bathroom has been updated to a shower-only layout for a modern, spa-like feel.

Step outside to enjoy the sparkling pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard, with complimentary equipment available at the front desk. You’re just steps from the private beach, with complimentary beach service from March through October, including two chairs and an umbrella per day.

Beautiful place on the beach

We love Destin and try to go every 2-3 years. We found this condo and it was a perfect spot with beautiful view of the beach. You can hear the waves from every part of the resort. The condo was lovely and had absolutely everything we could need! Even a pizza cutter which was a first for us. Wonder home, every detail and extremely comfortable. We slept so well in the beds. The balcony was spacious with lounge chairs and I thought it was a huge bonus that we had a free beach umbrella with chairs provided everyday we were there and we definitely used them. Updated kitchen with a refrigerator that’s constantly making ice…another huge plus. We were able to log into our Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime accounts for movies at night thought the Wi-Fi tv’s in the living room and master bedroom. Staff were all very friendly and the floor this room is on is where the washer and dryers are so extremely convenient to pick this one. I highly recommend.

We enjoy staying at this location. We have stayed here for three years now, but not sure if it’s due to short staff or new cleaning crew, but the room was not as clean as it should have been. The area near the toilet and shower could have used more attention. The garbage disposal could have used some attention as well. It clogged on me once. The bottom of the trash can could have been a bit more sanitized. Also some of the amenities that are typically available were not working such as ice maker and no cold drinks in vending machine. One other issue was the toilet in womens restroom was not working properly in the lobby area. Again I enjoy staying here and will more than likely return, but I will say I was a bit disappointed this time.

Romantic Getaway

This condo was AMAZING. Awesome views. We could hear the ocean as if we were laying on the beach. The balcony was the best. We could lay out and feel the breeze or have some drinks with the roar of the waves. I recommend this place.

Lovely beach condo

Wonderful views, clean condo and loved having chairs we could sit on the beach with. The only disadvantage and that there aren't any stores or restaurants within a short walking distance. In the future, we would rent a car. We were able to Uber easily though. We will be back!

Amazing stay

Our condo looked exactly like the photos provided! This condo was so clean and so nice. I brought pans and pots to cook some nights, but it was not needed. This condo is fully loaded with any type of dish/utensil you will need. Amazing view of the ocean. The large smart TVs are so nice and the king sleigh bed is so comfortable.

Great Condo

This condo was perfect location to drive to all the local hot spots in Destin. The view of the beach was amazing, the place was so clean, with the exception that we washed the bed sheets and when we did so found walnuts under the sheets which was a little gross to see and made you think did the place get clean and sheets actually washed after the last guest??? Other than that one minor thing. I can’t say anything negative about the condo itself or the experience.
