The location and provisions were great, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, several details fell short. The listing advertised a heated pool, but we never received instructions on how to use it or information about a fee, which was disappointing since we expected it to be included. The pool light was also out. The outdoor TV was broken, and the shower door would not stay closed (we took photos). We found a cockroach in the unit, which was concerning. The first night, the smoke detector started chirping. We contacted after hours maintenance, and while they responded by text saying someone would look at it the next day, that did not help us in the moment. We ended up getting on a ladder ourselves to take it down, only to find the batteries were already dead. We appreciate the location and would consider staying again if these maintenance issues were addressed.
