Listen to the sound of the ocean waves lapping the beautiful beach and observe dolphins playing in the Ocean, whilst sipping your morning coffee kick back and relax - you are on Vacation!

BEAUTIFUL Custom upgraded, top of the line condo located on the third floor has distinctive tile throughout, with both bathrooms tiled from floor to ceiling, fresh paint, and all new upscale furnishings and modern decor.

This unit sleeps 6 people comfortably. Both bedrooms offer king size beds so they both can be considered masters as both bedrooms have adjoined bathrooms with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The private Master Bathroom was recently remodeled to include floor to a nice vanity and a tiled walk in shower with a cobblestone floor and accents. The Guest Bathroom can be accessed via the hallway or the Guest Bedroom, and comes with its own stunning vanity and a bathtub/shower combination.

The updated and fully equipped kitchen comes with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and a full size pantry. There is a keurig or 12-cup coffee maker for your preference to make your coffee. Enjoy top of the line electronics with new high-definition flat screen TVs featuring HD cable service with the SEC network, Netflix, and three HD DVD players. There is a 55" 4K TV in the Living room and a 50" wall mounted TV in the master bedroom, plus a 34” TV in the guest bedroom.

weekend getaway

Although the unit was very nice - this was our first time that a condo did not supply kitchen basics like salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. Who wants to purchase that for a quick get away? Also, someone entered our unit and left a plastic cup on the counter. We did not go anywhere yet to get that kind of cup. When we told the front desk, they were very unfriendly and told us what their computer said about when the door code was entered. When I told her that was correct on the times we entered the unit, she just stared an aggressive stare at us. She ssaid we could talk to the owner that wsa on the property at that time, but I was so annoyed with her ignorance we left. The public bathrooms were never kept up and towels were everywhere. Also, it was very difficult to have our uber drivers enter the gate - sometime taking several minutes to do it. We will not be back or recommend this property in the future.

Needed Beach Vacay tainted by beach construction

Beautiful condo with great views. Construction on beach destroyed the peace & quite we were looking for. Looks like it started just before we arrived & likely ended 2 days after we left. I understand it had nothing to do with the property but did they really have to do it during peak season?

Great place to stay.

My family of 4 made a quick getaway before school started. We've been to destin/ft. .walton many times. This location was close to everything in town without being able to see it. The beach is a little small in this part of destin so we weren't able to put up our own tent, which was fine as our kids are older, but if they were younger, that would have been a problem for us. Very impressed with Holiday Isle and would stay again. Loved having security and a gated community. The condo itself was amazing. Clean, the beds were comfy, plenty of space, good ocean view, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything. The *only thing I would say, is this unit would not be good with little kids. Ours are 12 and 14, but the tables are made of glass, and there are reachable breakables everywhere so I would be a nervous wreck with toddlers. The couches/living room furniture are small and uncomfortable, so not a spot for a family movie night or anything.

Description and pics are spot on. We never cooked, or used any dishes/kitchen utensils, with the exception of the coffee pot, but the kitchen did appear to be well stocked. Condo has great views from the nice balcony, and has excellent proximity to beach, and pool access. Linen/Towel exchange is a very nice feature. Wouldn't hesitate to book again in the furture!
