This luxurious 1900 Ninety-Eight condo has a modern coastal design and features breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from its private, 12-foot-deep balcony.

Inside, upscale, contemporary finishes and an open floor plan of over 2600 square feet allow guests to enjoy incredible panoramic views of the Gulf. This beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasts interior design elements incorporating custom cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops, Thermador kitchen appliances, and porcelain stone floor tile.

The master bedroom has private access to the balcony, a king bed, gorgeous views of the Gulf, and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. A guest bedroom has a queen bed and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A bunk room has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower.

Guests will enjoy all the amenities of 1900 Ninety-Eight, including a rooftop pool and spa, a modern fitness center with gulf views, and beach access.

**One beach setup, which includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs, is provided with the rental on a seasonal basis, March till October 31st each year. Additional beach setups can be purchased directly from the on-site vendor if desired.

This unit was everything we expected and more. The view and location were breathtaking! So convenient to the private beach, and a closet full of beach toys!! Spices for cooking, ice maker, cooler to use at the beach, just to name a few random things!! The deck was amazing and furnished nicely! We spent a lot of time there! Can’t say enough about the unit, it truly made a memorable family vacation! The only challenge was the patio door was hard to open and close, no big deal in the grand scope of things!

Stay was great overall. One elevator would not allow you to access the rooftop pool. The bunk beds were super comfy but the master bed and other guest bed were horrible. They were extremely firm. We purchased a mattress topper after two nights of back pain. However we would stay again as we loved games, location, views, and how stocked the condo was.

Fantastic property

This was a perfect stay from start to finish for our family. We had 4 adults and 4 children in our party and plenty of space to accommodate all. The place was very spacious and all had so many unreal views of the gulf. We truly felt like we never left the beach even when we went inside. The deck was equally amazing for morning coffee and evening drinks. Cant say enough about how beautiful the views are.Some extras: The kitchen was well stocked woth many little items you might forget to bring, and there was a ton of beach/sand/pool toys to make use of. We loved our time here and would certainly stay here in a heartbeat.

Would definitely stay here again!Pros: view is amazing, luxury feel, high end finishes, excellent location, beautiful beach, lots or room, very comfortable, huge refrigerator, tvs in every room, amazing primary bedroom. Cons: sliding door to balcony is heavy and difficult to open, water didn't get very hot in kitchen or bathroom sink but shower had plenty of hot water. Maintenance said pool was heated but it was very cool.

Our recent VRBO stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, communication with the owner was seamless and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, with easy access instructions that made our arrival smooth and stress-free. We were immediately wowed by the property itself. The space was incredibly generous, and the ocean views were simply breathtaking. Waking up to the stunning panorama each morning was a highlight of our trip. We spent many hours just soaking in the beauty from the comfort of the property. Beyond the view, the entire place was immaculately clean. It was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining the property, and we felt comfortable and at ease knowing everything was so well-kept. One of the most appreciated aspects of our stay was the fully equipped kitchen. They truly thought of everything! The overall size of the property was impressive. Beyond the well-equipped kitchen, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the living areas were perfect including the incredible views it possesses, and the very spacious patio area overseeing the beach/ocean was the icing on the cake. Everything about the property contributed to a truly memorable and relaxing vacation. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained getaway with stunning ocean views! We can't wait to return!

Paradise on Earth!

This rental was Paradise on Earth. We loved our stay. The location was perfect. Quiet building. We were always the only people in the pool. Perfect for babies/children who need naps throughout the day. My family was on the beach, while I enjoyed the stunning balcony while my babies napped. Never felt left out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need! Washer and dryer were used daily - thank you, Jesus! I would live here if this was an option - did not want to leave!

AMAZING Vacation!!!!

We had an absolutely amazing time in Destin, in this property! We weren't 100% sure where to park upon arrival, but figured it out. That is the one and only thing that could have been a smidge clearer! The unit was extremely clean and very well stocked. There was nothing that we needed and didn't have! The kids especially appreciated the sand toys...the adults appreciated the cooler! The included beach chairs were also amazing!! The views...oh the views! Spectacular sunsets and sunrises. We watched the dolphins swim by pretty much every evening. Walking the beach in the quiet of the morning is so relaxing. We're already planning a trip back!!! Highly, highly recommend this property!!!
