Master bath faucet dirty, improper sink drainage, master shower drain 90% clogged (maintenance did fix), cabinet door in master bath fell partially off, and master fan quit working. The patio slider door lock is broken. Heavy duty dryer cycle did not dry towels. Nice grounds and view. Condo decor very nice.

Perfect beach getaway with stunning views, but a few minor notes

We had a wonderful stay at these beautiful condo by the beach! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and very spacious, With a layout that made everything feel comfortable and practical. We especially love the kitchen, Whipping up meals during our stay. The location was truly incredible. We were so grateful for the stunning ocean view and the close to the beach. Everything in the condo worked well, from air conditioning to the bathrooms. We had a minor issue with the living room couch being a bit saggy, And the master bedroom mattress was unfortunately quite hard, Leading to some neck pain (Although the other bedroom mattress was fantastic!). An extra standing fan, we found it was not working either. However, Everything else was delightful! We spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony, which had comfortable furniture. We spent a lot of evenings by the pool and hot tub too. We highly recommend this scandal to anyone looking to enjoy all that Dustin has to offer. So I’m additional details: - We stayed on the 11th floor and the elevators to be very efficient. - Covered parking was always available, which was a big plus. - We enjoy the live music restaurant bar on site and the fitness room was a great way to stay active during our vacation (Though a bit equipment still function well) - There were occasional buildings that we couldn’t quite place and some air freshener might be helpful. This offer for the fantastic beach getaway and we would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic

The condo was amazing. Great view of the beach. Plenty of room. Loved the shower in the master bedroom. Decor gave a nice beachy feel. The resort itself was great. Plenty of chairs and tables by the pool. The pool side service could use some work. We kept having to go up to the bar to order. The coffee shop onsite was super good. I highly recommend using the shuttle to get around. We had a wonderful time there.

Felt like home

This location was amazing. It honestly felt like home as soon as you walked in. It had plenty of items stocked to cook in the kitchen. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. And that balcony was incredible. I would stay here again no hesitation! 2 king beds are amazing!

Came for baseball and beach

Initially chose property for proximity to ballparks. Turned out to be great property with lots of room and activities for the kids / teens not just the baseball team. Close proximity to beach and walking distance if needed to get items. Great property with pretty views from the 11th floor.

Nice condo in a good location

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beds were comfortable, the patio well furnished with great views, and the resort amenities were awesome! Two strange things that did impact our stay but might not matter to others: there were linens for the pull out couch, but no blankets or extra pillows so if you need to use the pull out, I would make sure you check to see if this changes or if you need to bring them. The other was that it says there is cable but we couldn’t get anything to work except for streaming services and they weren’t set up for you, they were just there because it’s a smart tv and we had to log in with our own info, we were here during a big football weekend so this was hard for us to tune into games we didn’t have access to.

Nice but...

We planned a last minute trip for our son who is in the Air Force and was in for a short visit. This condo is nice. I’m sure the amenities are wonderful if you are there during warmer weather. We paid for our condo, but received a message saying that we still had to pay an amenities fee before we could check in. The amenities fee is NOT listed in the price and the other fees when you first pay the required amount. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice this and, as this was a last minute trip, we couldn’t cancel. For what we paid, all together, we could have stayed at an equally as nice condo directly on the beach. Yes, it was nice. But not showing all of the fees TOGETHER made the process more difficult and disappointing.

A Get-Away within a Get-Away

Our fantastic unit at this beautiful resort was in and of itself a destination. The fact that we were at the Gulf of Mexico in Destin simply magnified this fabulous location choice. There are so many great places to eat and fun things to do in the area. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Destin family trip

Cons: This was not a penthouse unit. 11th floor with balcony that faced the pool and busy hwy 98. We flew in and did not bring anything with us other than clothing for a week. There were no linens for pull out sofa sleeper, no extra blankets or pillows. No beach towels, or beach equipment provided. Resort fees were charged, but yet shuttle service was not available. Floors needed to be swept upon our arrival and there was a dirty dish left behind in dishwasher. Balcony had peanuts and fishing line left behind. Refrigerator shelves broken and difficult to utilize entire space. Would have been nice to have plastic tumblers available to take to pool, as no glass allowed in pool area. Bathroom towel bar repeatedly fell off of the wall, and shower curtain could have been updated as it appeared to be extremely old. Dryer took extremely long time to dry and often needed to be repeated cycling no matter the settings. Pros: Unit was spacious. We enjoy cooking and this unit had adequate kitchen supplies and allowed for enough start up supplies such as trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. Having two king size beds and two full size bathrooms was accommodating. Towels for bath were full sized and soft. Couch and chairs were comfortable. Decor was tasteful and friendly. Units were quiet and only in the hallways could you hear your neighbor. Bedroom curtains darkening and made for a dark room for sleeping. Thermostat regulated well for entire unit. Elevator was dependable. View from rooms very pretty. View from balcony also nice. Communication with host very quick and appropriate. Overall, enjoyable for myself and my 80 year old mother.

Loved this unit! Extremely clean with all the comforts of home. Everyone loved it. The only thing I wish was that it was closer to the beach but the kids absolutely loved the pool so it made it worth it. Would 10/10 recommend.
