Modern two-bedroom apartment with lake view, located in Residenza Miralago with a shared infinity pool and garden, a few steps away from the centre of Desenzano del Garda and with direct access to the promenade and to the public beach.This bright apartment, located on the first or the second floor, opens to a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and an open plan and well-equipped kitchen, fitted also with an oven, and a dishwasher. The room is enriched by a masonry fireplace. The sleeping area comes with two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and the other one with twin beds. A bathroom with shower and bathtub completes the apartment.Outside, it boasts a wonderful large terrace with lake view, accessible both from the living room and the bedroom, and furnished with a table and chairs to fully enjoy the colours of the Lake Garda. At guests’ disposal there are comforts such as free Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating.*Residenza Miralago offers to its guests a wonderful infinity pool with a solarium area (open from 01/04 to 31/10), a garden, direct access to the promenade and the public beach, and a pier for mooring boats.For a flat rate, guests have access to a charging station for electric vehicles with 22Kw/h max power and charging connector Modo 2.
