The apartment offers a living area of approximately 70 m² on the ground floor, overlooking the pool and the garden of the residence. It has been carefully decorated and offers two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet and shower. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. An iron and an ironing board are also available. You will feel comfortable in the living room, which has a TV and CD player, as well as a comfortable double sofa bed. There are also a dining table and chairs and ceiling fans. All rooms have heating.

The terrace of about 20m2 is furnished and also safe for children or pets, as it is closed. The comfortable terrace furniture allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors. A sun shade provides shade. From the terrace there is also direct access to the swimming pools, one of which is for children, and to the shared garden. Deckchairs are provided.

Inside the site there are outdoor and closed parking spaces. There are also outdoor spaces for bicycles.

Small pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

The accommodation is very close to the cycle and the walking path. Even the places to visit south of Lake Garda are within easy reach, such as Sirmione, Desenzano del Garda or Gardaland and Caneva World. There are shops about 300 meters from the residence.

Thanks to the convenient location near the pool, the apartment is suitable for families with children. However, it is also suitable for couples wishing to explore the region, as it is easily accessible from the center and from the places of interest.
