This was such a lucky find. The property and the host Ryan are absolutely amazing! Unlike any other property I came across when trying to book a large friend/family gathering. We had the most serene, relaxing and refreshing weekend. The pond is a blast and the water is so clear. The home is large, but very cozy and functional. We are already talking about planning another trip here, hopefully for more than just a long weekend!

The home was big and spacious. Kitchen was great. Outdoor grounds and spring fed pond were absolutely wonderful-where we spent most of our time! There are 3 levels to home. A/C was in 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. And it was in the mid 80’s when we stayed so we made good use of fans. Being there in the fall would be nice for us Floridians! Overall we were satisfied and had a great time.

This home was absolutely stunning!! The pond was so fun for adults and children, it was like having your own private lake right in the back yard. The home was very clean and welcoming. We brought our dogs and they also enjoyed running around and swimming in the pond. The Bote floats made for some great lazy days just enjoying the quiet and sunshine. The location is perfect. Quiet, dead end road. We couldn’t see or hear anyone from where the house is but close to stores if you need something. There are trails outback for bike riding or walking your dog. All in all, a perfect place for a family getaway. Ryan, the host, was very responsive and did everything to make our stay enjoyable!
