Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture. Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2.6 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2.3 km, bar 1.7 km, bus stop 4.9 km, railway station 4.5 km, ferry 5.8 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 4 km. Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus war sehr schön, genau wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Zufahrtsstraße war etwas holprig. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, ansonsten wäre es nicht auszuhalten. Ruhige Wohngegend. Zu Fuß in die Stadt ist etwas weit und man ist aufs Auto angewiesen.
