For shared use: natural state property, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (24 x 12 m, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, children's playground (slide, swing). In the complex: restaurant, bar. Shop, grocery, restaurant 150 m, bar 100 m, café 150 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station 5.2 km, ferry 4.2 km, sandy beach 260 m. Sports harbour 4 km, marina 4 km, surf school 800 m, sailing school 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
