Private: garden (fenced) with lawn 800 m2 trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue house, roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 700 m, café, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach 250 m. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
