Situación, piscina comunitaria y vistas estupendas. Buen baño y cocina. El apartamento en si deja que desear en ciertos aspectos, algún mobiliario desfasado y descuidado, no funcionaba el mando de la tv ni el ventilador, es un último piso y el calor fué insoportable varios días.

Está muy bien, con todo lo necesario

La cocina bastante completa, el piso en general muy bien, con buenas vistas y una terraza grande para comer, cenar, etc. La piscina grande y poco frecuentada y muy cerca hay playas de roca.

Bel appartement mais annonce optimiste

L'appartement est très bien placé, confortable, correspond à l'annonce. La terrasse est superbe, il manque juste un parasol ou mieux un store pour pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner à l'ombre. Par contre les places de parking dans la résidence sont limitées, attention en rentrant le soir, pas d'autre possibilités de parking proches de l'immeuble. Pas de WIFI contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. Pour l’accueil, il vaut mieux avoir des notions d'Espagnol. La personne qui a les clés, au demeurant très aimable, n'a pas de véhicule. Il faut redescendre chez elle en ville pour aller chercher les clés et comprendre ses explications. En conclusion, cela reste une superbe location.
