The front desk lady was polite and professional. BUT the hotel was gross. Our rooms were dirty - smushed candy, no towels, used soap bars, lock did not work in one of the rooms. We did not feel safe. We stayed 2.5 hours and just left as it was unsettling. I'd like my money back.

The hotel had NO room at all. They did not care that I had a confirmation text. They would not even let me in the office. I was stranded in York Alabama at 9:30 pm with no room, but a confirmation text . There were NO cars in the parking lot.

Property in disrepair long overdue for renovation. Floor lamp with no bulb, shade, or means to mount shade. No smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Staff was friendly and professional. This was hands down the worst motel I have ever stayed in. No internet, no TV service and dirty. Took pictures would love to share. Can’t beleive this is a Wyndham property.
