Stunning two-story villa located in one of the best areas of Deltona, ideal for large families or groups. The property features two spacious dining rooms with high ceilings, creating a bright and elegant atmosphere.
The villa offers five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 22 guests. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a queen bed, two sofa beds, and a private full bathroom, as well as an additional bedroom with a queen bed. A half bathroom is conveniently located near the stairs for common use.
Upstairs, the home includes two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with four single beds plus a queen sofa bed. The upstairs hallway, which also serves as a dining area, features three queen sofa beds and can accommodate six additional guests. There are two full bathrooms on the upper floor.
The villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen and two large dining areas, making it perfect for shared meals and group gatherings. This home is an excellent choice for family reunions, group vacations, or extended stays in Deltona.
