The Space:

Sleeping Arrangements

The master bedroom features a King bed with cozy linens and ample closet space. Two additional bedrooms each offer a Queen bed, perfect for friends, family or kids. The home sleeps six in total comfort, with a maximum of six overnight guests and overall occupancy limited to eight people.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms provide spa‑quality towels and organic bath products for a refreshed start to each day.



Kitchen & Dining

A fully stocked kitchen showcases high‑end appliances, a Starbucks Drip Coffee Station, cooking basics, tea, sugar and creamer, plus a complimentary bottle of wine for each reservation. Smart TVs are placed throughout the home, and high‑speed WiFi keeps you connected. A blender and Instant Pot add extra convenience for quick meals.



Outdoor Living

Lush tropical landscaping surrounds luxury seating and a BBQ grill, creating an inviting space for alfresco dining. Pool heating is optional and available from October 15 through May 31 for an additional $125 per night; a minimum three‑day notice is required and the heat must remain on for the entire stay.



Family Friendly Touches

Child‑safe door alarms, kids’ utensils, plates and bowls, and a travel crib upon request make the home welcoming for younger guests.



Additional Amenities

Washer and dryer, iron with ironing board, Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner, pool and beach towels, and driveway parking are provided for your convenience.



Pet Policy

Dogs under 20 lb are welcome with written approval and a $250 per pet fee. Cats are not allowed due to allergies, while service animals are always welcome.

House Rules

No parties or unregistered guests; quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. No indoor smoking or vaping; violations incur fines. All guests must be included in the reservation count.
