It was awful. Hotelman rejected me on the check-in day for my previous stay and promised cash-back but I've never got it.

The worst experience in my life.

The worst experience in my life. The hotel man rejected my reservation on check-in day because of a big festival in New Delhi. So I spent much time and money to move to Agra. I have never experienced before.
