Never Again

I stayed in this hotel for one night in June, 2018. The outside temperature in Delhi was c:a 40C. A very bad experience. The staff at the reception was worse than rude. There was no running cold water in my bathroom at a time when the outside tempreature in Delhi was c:a 40C. TV did not function. The internet was not functioning. etc. When I complained to the receptionist anda wanted him that I am I may write an adverse review to Hotels.com, the receptionist rudely answered that I can write whatever I want and that I may equally well put his name and picture on the Hotel.com web. In my opinion, this hotel is not worth even INR 1000/night.

Hotel near Aerocity

We did want somewhere cheap and cheerful but cheerful it wasn't. The sheets were stained as were the cushions and everywhere looked dirty in the main room. The sink and toilet were ok, we didn't try the shower. I couldn't take my clothes off for worrying about the state of the bed so slept fully clothed. The air conditioning did work.

I saw 2 rats going up the stairs

Location is not far from the airport. The hotel really is a sh** hole infested with rats. Internet only worked in the 'lobby'. Horrific.

Beware of hotel facilities while booking

I booked a room through Expedia including breakfast and drop off to the IGI airport and I got the same confirmation email too from Expedia. But when I reached the hotel, the front desk told me that my room do not include any breakfast and airport drop off. They said I booked hotel with the lowest price and I have to pay if I want the above said facilities. Then he showed me his email about the booking from Expedia and it was not the same email as I got in my inbox. His email was saying only about the room. But any way I paid extra for the breakfast and for the airport drop off. Also the room was terrible, I changed three rooms and in every room there were some problems, either the bathroom taps were not working or broken, telephone was not working, no waste bins in the rooms and AC was making too much noise (seems like a cooler) -it was very hard to sleep. Only plus point was -- the rooms were clean as compared to other nearby same priced hotels. I suggest not to take this hotel. But if you take this hotel then first call the hotel and confirm what is included in your price --- Do not believe on the confirmation email. Hope my review will help many others.....!!!

Nice strategic location

Hotel and services was good, however they have listed their only one number on website. Which was not reachable, other conact numner I found only after calling Expedia. Check about alternate number for any inconvenience.

Simply the worst at MahipalPur

Very Poor service and response from the attendant. Staff was Sandy, simply did nto care about anything. Attitude is take it or leave it, they don't care. Elevator had rotten dead mouse, TV channel did not work, Breakfast not provided as promised at 7 AM, Bathroom faucet not working. When complained, staff simply ignored and instead argued. Staff Sandy simply chose to sleep during checkout at 7 AM. refused to give a receipt saying if pre-paid there is no receipt. I was not accepting much from these type of Mahipalpur hotels near IGI. Typically I am looking to pass 12 hours to catch my next flight. But this place will be avoided.

Hotel close to Delhi Airport

The rates after discounts applied are the actual worth of the place and are not reflective of any offer. The front desk is very oite and helpful and the staff are also well mannered. However the absence of a restaurant lends to relying on the room service the rates of which are unproportionately high compared to the quality. It is likely that a single meal you order will work out costlier than the room stay for the day; so be advised about it. However the room for this cost is reasonable.

Keine Laken zum zudecken (wolldecke bei 30 grad ist etwas viel) durschkopf defekt (ersatzkopf funktioniert, spüle funktioniert nicht. belegschaft nett und responsive. für overnighter voll ausreichend bei dem preis. direkt an der hauptstrasse wenn man vom airpirt kommt 5 minuten weg. unbedingt im taxi dort anrufen und dem fahrer das handy geben sonst findet er es nicht weil die adresse wohl falsch geschrieben ist.
