When we got there, there’s a phone in the lobby to call for service. I called, the line was busy for at least 15 minutes, then it finally rang and nobody answered, I called it about 5 times. The lady working finally came down by chance and didn’t even apologize for the wait. I had been standing there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help check us in. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if she would have at least apologized for the wait, but nope, she didn’t care. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, everything was good except for the check in.

When I arrived, I was told I didn't have a reservation. She asked if I had just booked it that day because they were overbooked. I told her I had booked it 4 days prior. She put. us in another room for the same price, so that was ok. We were there for 3 nights and never got a visit from housekeeping. We asked for fresh towels and were told that housekeeping was coming (this was around 4 pm). We got back from supper around 8:00 and housekeeping had not been there. I saw a cart and snagged a couple of towels. The room was incredibly humid even with the (very loud) AC running constantly. Everything felt damp and towels that we hung up never dried to be used again.

I have stayed there a Dozen times , now has changed ownership. Way under staffed, All ways was out of most Breakfast items, air-conditioning did not work, told them about it NO one fixed it or couldn't move me to another room. Very poor Management, will not stay there again. It use to be a very nice place. Wouldn't Recommend anymore.
Very dirty air conditioner, could not even get them to clean it.

This is a tired old property. When I drove up, I was tempted to abandon my non-refundable prepayment (Expedia) and find somewhere else to stay. Apparenty there is a small family running the place and doing all they can. While the place is a bit time worn and weary, they do make an honest attempt to keep it clean. The first room I was assigned did not have a working HVAC system. I was moved across the hall. The room was basic and it was clean. The ice machine did not work. The Hot Tubs were a wreck. The washer worked but the dryer just made wet clothes hot and damp. I was fine as solo traveler for a couple of nights but would never stay there again

Quick two night stay!

It was fine for what we needed, room was clean. Air conditioner was really loud, they provided you with an ice bucket but no ice machine! Free breakfast was really lacking, luckily I’m not a big breakfast eater! Next time I will pick another place!

Lobby was nice. Room was dirty something on the carpet. Air conditioner was loaded with dust and lint. We signed no smoking paper but the couple we were with opened door to gust of smoke. Breakfast was ok orange juice empty not refilled.

The air conditioner didn't work very well. Needs overall improvement. The gal there was amazing and seemed to run the place on her own. The laundry room was filthy. Breakfast was good. Carpet appeared to be dirty. The parking lot needs major improvement.

It is a nice hotel for the price, rooms are decent and clean. Breakfast was great. Only issue was got in to town a little early 2:35 pm and wanted to check in and shower before heading out to sight see and was told check in wasn't until 3 pm. Understand the rules but didn't feel was extremely earl6
