Seconde visite toujours agréable

Quelques nouveautés dans l'appartement depuis deux ans. Les deux terrasses sont bien agréables. L'endroit est calme, même l'immeuble. Avoir une place de parking, même si c'est assez étroit, est un atout énorme. Vaisselle abondante.

Sauber und gute Aussicht

Wie meine Vorschreiber schon erwähnten , ist die Wohnung sehr groß und sauber . Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet , Türen und Fenster gehen sehr schwer auf und zu ( mit etwas Öl bzw. Fett , wäre dieses Problem schnell und günstig gelöst ) . Weiter ist zu bemängeln , dass es kein Wlan und kein deutsches Tv in der Wohnung gibt . Klar man macht ja keinen Urlaub um im Netz zu Surfen oder Tv zu sehen wäre aber bei schlechtem Wetter ein Zeitvertreib . In die Garage , konnte ich mit meinem SUV leider nicht, da diese so eng ist , dass ich mir mein Auto beschädigt hätte, dadurch habe ich 2 Strafzettel zu je 30€ bekommen , da ich nicht rechtzeitig einen neuen sehr teuren Parkschein ins Fahrzeug gelegt habe . Alles in allem , waren wir sehr zufrieden , vor allem die Aussicht auf das Meer ist top . Die Wohnung und der Vermieter sind sehr zu empfehlen .

Gut gelegen, großzügig geschnitten.

Grosse Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Gut geschnitten. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem funktionabel. Leider kein Wlan vorhanden, was in der Bewertung einen Punkt Abzug kostet. Strand 250 m entfernt, Promenade 400m. Recht gut gelegen. Eigentümerin sehr nett, flexibel und Kompromissbereit. Vielen Dank.

Correcte mais loin du centre ville et de la plage

De nombreux escaliers raides pour arriver à la porte d entrée. Propreté de l appartement qui laisse a désirer ( poussière , vitres non faites, évier recollé, affaires retrouvées dans les armoires tel que des chaussures,...) Principe de reprendre les clés est facile. Échange facile avec les propriétaires ex:la télé ne fonctionnait pas ils sont venus la changée rapidement avec des excuses. Appartement loin du centre ville à plus d un km à pied de Léopold.

Description parfaite, emplacement optimal surtout en haute saison.

L’immeuble comme l’appartement sont anciens mais en très bon état. À l’arrivée très propre. Ce qui est agréable ce sont les deux terrasses. L’une pour le matin et l’autre pour le soir. L’endroit est calme car assez isolé des grands immeubles. L’appartement est grand, nombreuses chaises, vaisselle abondante. Machine à laver la vaisselle grande. Le réfrigérateur est assez petit toutefois. Et un bémol la place de garage. C’est très agréable pour être sûr d’avoir une place ou de prendre le tram tout proche, mais il ne fait pas avoir une trop grande voiture. Une adresse où nous reviendrons assurément.
