At family holidaypark De Krim you will find our detached bungalow (175 m2) housing 11 persons with sauna and large enclosed garden (approx. 700 m2), outside playground for children, several terraces and a large fixed BBQ. Great panoramic view of the golf course and pine forest, situated on the edge of the park and near the park centre.

Bungalow
Spacious living room with sitting and dining area, fireplace, flat screen TV and free internet. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, seperate oven, microwave and washing machine, tumble dryer. There are 5 bedrooms including 2 on the ground floor with bathroom with bath, separate shower, sink, toilet and seperate sauna. Upstairs is a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A 3rd toilet situated at the corridor. There are 2 parking lots on site. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Child friendly
Many children facilities as children crockery / cutlery, stair gate, cot and high chair. On site is a large playground with slide and swings, a watchtower, a sandpit and real nautical ropes. Inside there are different toys available as costumes and games.

Activities
You may use the facilities (payment on site) that the resort offers such as indoor and outdoor playground, indoor pool, several restaurants, rent a bike etc. The beach is 2 km away from the park.

We loved the house and its location. My only suggestion for improvements would be some kind of insect netting at the bedroom windows. Also it would have been easier for us, who travelled by air, if towels, including tea-towels, could have been provided. Also we would have preferred to have been able to run the dishwasher on day of departure rather than have to wash everything by hand. We loved all the facilities for the children. Otherwise a great family reunion holiday.

Great family home in a great location

This was an ideal home for our two families with young children. The small garden and play equipment were thoroughly explored and enjoyed by the kids. Easy bike ride to the beach, and plenty fun activities in the enclosing De Krim area. It all added up to a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Bei einer kleinen Nachfrage war schnell jemand erreichbar und es wurde umgehend geholfen. Es hat eine schöne Lage und einen schönen Ausblick. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Het was een groots feest

Wij hebben ons 50-jarig huwelijksfeest met kinderen en kleinkinderen gevierd met een verblijf in deze villa. Het was heerlijk vertoeven en iedereen heel tevreden over de lokatie en ruimte als zodanig. Alles wat nodig is voor een goed verblijf is aanwezig, er was voor ons verder niets te wensen, gewoon top. Het is een aanbeveling hier te verblijven. Eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en reageert, indien nodig, heel adequaat. Gewoon boeken zou ik zeggen.

Insgesamt eine schöne Woche

Die Lage des Objektes ist toll und das Haus für eine größere Gruppe gut geeignet. Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer sind freundlich und modern, die Küche und der Wohnraum bieten ausreichend Platz. Die äußeren Sitzgruppen waren in dieser Jahreszeit sehr angenehm. Keine vollen Punkte wegen fehlenden Fliegengittern, insbesondere die Kleinkinder warten trotz intensiver abendlicher Inspektion massiv von Mückenstichen betroffen.

Das Haus ist sauber und geräumig, die Ausstattubg gut und der Garten für Kinder zum Spielen geeignet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern angenehm. Empfehlung.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir waren in einem gemütlichen, geräumigen und vor allem kinderfreundlichen Ferienhaus unterbracht, das ruhig gelegen ist und zum Entspannen einlädt. Wir waren mit acht Erwachsenen und drei Kindern und das Ferienhaus bot ausreichend Platz für alle. Im Garten konnten die Kinder gut spielen, es gab für sie genügend Platz und Spielzeug. Die Küchenausstattung war völlig ausreichend. Es empfiehlt sich ggf, eigene schärfere Schneidemesser mitzubringen sowie natürlich Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln. Das einzige Manko ist die steile Treppe im Haus, auf der vor allem die Kinder bei Auf- und Absteigen aufpassen müssen. Ein Treppengitter gibt es nur oben, es wäre schön, wenn unten auch noch ein Treppengitter angebaut wird. Das Freizeitangebot auf dem Ferienparkgelände ist für Kinder sehr vielseitig und auch die Erwachsenen kommen auf ihre Kosten. Alles in allem können wir unser Ferienhaus sowie die Parkanlage empfehlen.

De woning was gezellig, netjes en schoon, ruimte voor privacy, een heerlijke sauna en mooie badkamers en goede bedden, het uitzicht uit het huisje was geweldig, en Texel is zowiezo geweldig. Veel keukenspullen en glazen enz in het huisje , we hebben het erg leuk gehad in uw huis en zullen het zeker aanraden bij vrienden
