The common area features an outdoor pool, indoor pool, indoor spa, his and hers steam room, atrium lobby, penthouse clubroom, 2 exercise rooms, a library, and an art room. The outdoor pool is located on the southern side of the building allowing for sunshine all day long. The clubroom has a dance floor, bar, large screen smart TV, a catering kitchen, and a large oceanfront balcony. This property has a large 3-story parking garage with no assigned parking. Grand Coquina is a two-week minimum rental building Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.

We were totally impressed with our condo rental. Looked exactly like pictures and was beautifully decorated. Had all amenities you needed. Great location. Views are gorgeous of the beach and ocean. Wish we could of stayed a month. Would definitely book again.
