I book to stay. Drive 2 hours get here and no rooms were cleaned at 6pm. Housekeepers left and some quit. Only rooms cleaned was the ones that was paid in advance. If you was suppose to pay at property you didn't have a room regardless how far you drove

On the picture of the cover there was a stove. But when getting there. It wasn’t any stove. Our door was so hard to close we had to keep slamming it. The front desk ppl were getting smart with us because we’re tryna figure out what they were saying cause we couldn’t understand.

The entire place was horribly dirty and smelled so strong of Fabuloso, used to cover something up that I had to leave and get another room. The second room they gave me was less smelly but I was so sick from the smell I had to go to another hotel on my second night

Room was very outdated lack of hot water door had huge gaps around it and felt unsafe also it was very cold out and heater was less than sufficient plus upon arrival got hit with $100 deposit that was not mentioned when booking not a hold but a deposit that takes forever to get back

The photos online are nothing like what the rooms actually are in person. All of the doors look like they had been kicked in at one point resulting in gaps in the frame. We woke up to roaches in the shower. Dirt in all the corners. Our shower would not turn off. Water would continuously run out. Our first night a drunken party with arguing was outside our room. This lasted a few hours until staff finally shut the party down. The mini fridge in the room was never plugged in and was located in a spot where the cord would not reach the outlet. Upon further research these rooms typically rent for around $49/night and were marked up to 1000% increase due to the race. At checkout I notified the front desk of the issues and was told they would “pass the info along.” There was never any attempt to rectify the situation. If there was another room available somewhere else we would have left in a heartbeat.

I only stopped because I was falling asleep driving. I didn’t expect much but was surprised how clean the room was. It was also obviously updated with newer appliances. The staff I spoke to were very helpful. Not fancy at all, but definitely worth the price
