This beachfront home was absolutely perfect for our holiday stay—warm, inviting, and effortlessly beautiful. We’ve traveled many places, but this one truly stands out as one of our favorite and most memorable homes. The setting, comfort, and attention to detail made it a place we’ll never forget and can’t wait to return to.

Beautiful View. Would stay here again strictly based on the view. House wasn't very clean, dusty everywhere and kids toys were found under the coffee table so not sure if the floors were even cleaned after the last rental. Outside could use a good cleaning, power washing. Mini Golf course is pathetic. It's literally a tiny strip of astro-turf with a hole. Master bedroom bed is a bit soft. The sheets were all wrinkly and bunched up. Had to pretty much remake the bed to be comfortable. The hot tub was not used. I tried to remove the cover but the bar was not on correctly and half up and down and could not personally do it and didn't want to force something and break it so it was not used. But even with all the cleanliness issues I'd book again for the view and listening to the waves.

Very impersonal did not have a direct number when problem arose such as the icemaker quit working and the gate code to enter the property I was told somebody was coming on Monday to fix the icemaker. They never came but some random email said I was getting a 50 discount for having to go to the gas station and haul ass to the house and put it in a refrigerator freezer that would not keep it from melting overnightThe house is fantastic perfect location. The master bedroom is exceptional. The only drawback the other room does not even have a TV and the temperature is 10 to 12 hotter in the other rooms.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house is large enough for the whole family with a spacious patio and easy beach access . We were close to all the attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay in this home again!

Bike Week stay

The house was very nice. A few minor issues but most everything was good. The bedroom suite sinks drained very slow, all of the adults thought the mattresses could be replaced. We found the entertainment area tv to be very complicated and until we loaded our own apps pretty useless. The main gate could use some work. The sensor that opened it on the way out hardly ever worked. The opener was slow to work and did not open the gate every time. The key pad was the only sure way to open and close the gate. The beach access was disappointing but we knew that going in so there is no complaint about it, it just would have been nice and we would have used the beach more often. The outdoor shower did not appear to be in working condition either. It also would have been nice for and garden hose to be available in the driveway so that we could rinse our bikes off daily.

Luxurious Clean Home

The property was as advertised, the only drawback would be it says 4 bedrooms, it's really 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, the 4th bedroom is basically an office that has a day bed in it. Everything else was perfect, large living room with big screen TV, kitchen is well stocked with nice cooking surfaces, big dining room table. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again for sure.

Great Florida Escape

Had fun at this house for 8 nights. Great location, clean home - had rains almost everyday, but still family enjoyed. Few minor and tactical things can be improved to make this experience even more enjoyable: use new towels, linens, provide basics - soaps, enough toilet papers etc. Keep ocen facing door locks simple :-)Barring these small items, home is really clean and great. You can relax in front (gated), porch (very unique varandah for family sit outs), patio with great Atlantic views (we had rains, but views were great). Shall stay here again.

Perfect Beach House

My family had an amazing stay at this oceanfront beach house! Everything was very clean and the house is fully equipped with everything needed for the kitchen and beach/hot tub. The location couldn’t be better with shops and a ton of food options nearby. We will definitely be coming back!

Family vacation

The property was beautiful and just as described on the listing. Our area of the beach was not very crowded. There was plenty to do in the area. The boardwalk was a bit too busy for us. The weather was beautiful during all of our stay. Our only recommendations would be to check the bushes for trash. We cleaned it up, but there was a lot of other people’s trash that I’m sure blew off the deck, and we would recommend a heads up about gardener’s and others coming to do things on the property as it can be a bit startling when someone shows up unexpectedly. We would rent this place again if it was available.

Beautiful house, needs TLC

The house is beautiful, but wasn’t cleaned or maintained. I tried to talk to property manager and received no answer. The hot tub had bottle caps and a large bowl in it, with a smell that let me know it wasn’t clean. A service man came (we didn’t know he was coming) even remarked how it was unclean. Socks in the couch that didn’t belong to our family. Multiple snacks under furniture that didn’t belong to us. Hair tie in the master bed under the pillows found 2 days into our stay. The mold on the A/C vents could be smelt. Water damage showing on ceiling in master bedroom, bugs in the corners of the base boards (stuck in spider webs I believe). A beautiful house that needs a good cleaning and repair. Can go on but enough said.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house on a quiet beach. Loved our stay. We spent our days at the Daytona speedway. Then came back to a quiet place. Walked down to the pier. Saw space x take off.

Great Beach House

Unique location close to boardwalk (~2 miles) but in a very quiet residential area. Beach in front of house is incredibly quiet. House itself was clean and provided as explained on listing. Some small issues as the week transpired however management company responded quickly. The den provided a really nice place for the kids to hang out as well.

Embry-Riddle Graduation Weekend

This home is beautiful, comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a vacation on the beach. I felt like I wasn't even in Daytona Beach while on this property. Everyone in our family loved the house and location. Also, the rental agents were very easy to work with -- which is so refreshing. They were always pleasant and ready to help if possible. Really can't say enough positive things about our stay.

The view can't be beat

This older home is quite charming, lots of character and well taken care of. What did it for us was the spectacular view and the beautiful master bedroom. The pics on vrbo give the impression that the house is bigger than reality - but there was still plenty of room for our large family. The only negative: the hot tub didn't work and our adult kids were really looking forward to using it. We would certainly rent this house again in the future.
