The cabin was great. Had pretty much everything you needed. It was very clean and was very quiet. We didn’t spend much time outside as it rained but it was a great place to spend a rainy afternoon with a good book and a cup of tea.

Overall it is a nice cabin but please be warned. The owner is oblivious to his own guidelines/policies. I booked the cabin for a local fishing tournament planning to stay by myself until two of my teammates' accommodations fell through and since the cabin slept up to three people I welcomed them to stay with me since they had no where to go. There is not a single place listed on the policies of this property regarding extra guests. Since I did not exceed the maximum capacity of guests I figured it would be no trouble since I paid the cabin in full and there was no policy of a charge for extra guests. I did have two additional teammates come over to discuss fishing strategy but they had their own cabin and did not stay the night. Again, by no reason did I violate the nonexistent "policies." Although I enjoyed my stay I have NEVER had such a disappointing and disrespectful conversation with the owner. I felt as if I was being completely taken advantage of and portrayed as if I was taking this man's money for a cabin I paid in full. I think it is quite ridiculous to accuse customers of a circumstance that is simply no where in the policy. Had this been stated previously I would have kindly told my friends no or paid the extra. Nice cabin, but certainly not worth the hassle of dealing with immature, unprofessional management and ownership, I would've rather just stayed in a tent at this point.

Quiet Cabin

Came up for a high school fishing tournament with my son. Was 10 minutes from Dayton boat ramp, was clean, quiet, and had parking for our boat. Only cons were it was pretty small so had to bring an air mattress and it did not have a washer and dryer (unless I missed it). Overall great place to get away!

nice cozy place. We brought boat and fished a few days during Bass Jr National Championship. I'm not an experienced VRBO but find myself somewhat aggravated the door code was not sent to me, I had to run down property owner to get it while i was driving...

Nice place but cleaning was incomplete

We liked it for our purposes but the coffee maker had been overlooked for quite awhile. Mold and old coffee grounds.. We went to Walmart and bought one. Otherwise the unit was clean, up to date and acceptable.

The cabin was exactly as advertised. It was clean and everything was ready for our stay. This was my second time using a VRBO in this area and by far this one was in every aspect superior to the other one. The price was excellent and myself and my son had an great time. Peaceful retreat

It was such a peaceful stay. The cabin had everything we needed. The mattress in the bedroom seemed to have a center hole. Hard for two people to sleep. Might be time to replace it. It was very clean with modern amenities. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Great set up and very convenient in location to Dayton boat dock. Parking is set up to be able to charge your boat. The location is very private. I would highly recommend!
