The Full Estate Rental of Eden's Ridge includes both the Main Residence + The Lodge. Read the descriptions of each one below:

The Main Residence has 5 Bedrooms, 5.5 Bathrooms, and 3 Bonus Rooms. This home has a full chef's kitchen with informal seating for 13-15 people, a formal dining room with 8 seats, a spacious living room, and expansive mountain views from the main level terrace.

Enjoy s'mores by the outdoor wood-burning fireplace or the gas-lit firepit. The main house also has a card game/lounge room, office/study, gym (opening Summer 2026), downstairs kitchenette with additional fridge space, outdoor lounge seating area, and resort-style pool and hot tub. 

Main Residence Bedrooms

The bedrooms in the Main Residence are as follows:

Master: King Bed with ensuite master bathroom & balcony

Bedroom #1: King Bed (or can be 2 Twins). This bedroom is on the main floor and has ensuite bathroom



Bedroom #2: Queen Bed. This bedroom is upstairs (3rd floor) and has an ensuite bathroom

Bedroom #3: King Bed (or can be 2 Twins). This bedroom is upstairs (3rd floor) and has an jack/jill bathroom shared with bedroom #4

Bedroom #4: King Bed (or can be 2 Twins). This bedroom is upstairs (3rd floor) and has an jack/jill bathroom shared with bedroom #3

3rd Floor Bonus Room: 2 Queen Beds & shared balcony with master bedroom

4th Floor Bonus Room: 4 twin beds

Lower Level Bonus Room: King Bed (or can be 2 Twins). This bedroom has access to a hallway full bathroom

King Bedrooms: Please note that 4 our King beds can be converted to two separate twin beds for an additional fee depending on your group needs.



The Lodge features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and a host of amenities for family groups, retreats, and corporate off-sites. The spacious two-story lobby is perfect for greeting your team, family, or wedding guests. 

The Main Level of the Lodge has a kitchenette with a fully stocked coffee station, full fridge, microwave, and sink. On this floor you'll also find all five bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Upstairs is another full bathroom and the large banquet room with 34 seats - perfect for group meals, dining. and activities.

The lower level of the lodge has a full kitchen, three pull-out sofas, a yoga/pilates room, two full bathrooms, the indoor racquetball/basketball court, and the workshop room.

Tables (8 60-Inch Rounds) and banquet chairs (38)  are free to be used during your stay. A/V equipment and table linens can be rented from us.
