The property was nice and well styled. Loved the view from the patio. Having AC was a great inclusion for such an unusually hot week (being in the top floor bedroom made it even better). There were many great touches to the apartment (new appliances, toiletries, vintage furnishings, and locally sourced items) that made it comfortable and interesting. It was our first time staying in WV. It was a short, direct ride to Blackwater Falls. The town of Davis was a charming town, and many of restaurants (loved Milo’s) and other businesses in Davis and Thomas were welcoming. The history is interesting and complex, it was good to dive into the history (places like the riverfront and Coketon School)
