The villa itself is nice and the overall cleaning was very good. Initially the rental company were very responsive to requested. However the furniture and paintwork were very tatty, and the towels and bedsheets were dirty and worn (which we flagged at the start of our stay).The rental company then had the cheek to accuse my family (once we’d left) of damaging the above items AFTER charging us to replace them. I have since read numerous reviews of other guests who had the same issue. A great holiday spoiled by crooked and moronic business.

Beautiful community

The house is just as listed with lots of space for big families. We appreciated being able to check in early. The only complaint i have is that over two weeks after we checked out i received an email stating that we were going to be charged an additional fee for damages stating that a couple of the comforters on the bed had stains. I asked to see photos and we were not aware of any stains or damages. The photos that were sent showed a small mark the size of a quarter or smaller that looked like it would have come out in the wash. I tried emailing back and forth to come to a resolution as we were sure to keep the house clean and tidy and even did some laundry of the towels we had used. I also questioned why we were notified over two weeks later as the house had been rented in between and was told that they don't get notified until the beginning of every month. I was extremely dissappointed in this as we are sure to treat each rental as we would our own and to not be notified until weeks later with the payment already being taken out was frustrating! Will not rent from this company again.

Great location for golfing families

A very large villa in a great location in a golf community. The villa is a 2 minute drive to the course which has an excellent clubhouse and course layout. The villa itself was comfortable however, it is obvious that some previous guests may have spilled liquid on the cream coloured stair carpet which is stained. The living room sofa is somewhat uncomfortable due to it's 'down' type filling and the kitchen, although adequately equipped for the two of us, could benefit from extra pots and pans for larger groups of guests. Ther is a supermarket within a short 10 minute drive distance away which is handy. The estate has planty if walking/jogging paths and end to end is over 4 miles long. The villa pool is a decent size but does not have a spa contrary to the VRBO listing. Although a small selection of necessities are provided on arrival eg, dish washer tablets, washing up liquid and bin bags, a guest information folder containing necessary information and advice etc is not provided as it is in other rental properties. Be aware that as the estate is expanding there have been hundreds of dumper trucks driving through the estate Monday to Friday, delivering sand to a development at the extreme far end of the estate. This in no way diminished our enjoyment of our stay but is worth being aware of prior to arrival. The villa was good value, it was easy to book and we would recommend it. Oh one more thing, the WiFi code is different to the email received.

Clean, spacious, as described.

Our overall stay was a 4, the home was as described; very spacious, clean, great location. The only issue we had was with the pool, we checked in on a Tuesday which is same day the pool cleaner tends to pool so we used it Tuesday, Wednesday and then There was lots of rain and heat on Wednesday evening and Thursday causing the pool to turn green on friday. I contacted mgmt and they said cleaner comes on Tuesday. We didn’t feel safe using pool for those 4-5 days forcing us to drive and use the clubhouse pool which is great but purpose or renting a home with private pool in this case was a waste of $. Cleaner came on Tuesday and said oh yea needs lots of chemicals and after all the chemicals he put in he said not to swim for 3-4hours causing us on not to use again and we departed on Wednesday.

Were do i start. My payment due date was May 16th payment should have been deducted from my account or i should have been notified but wasn't until hours before my check in that it was unpaid (I SHOULD HAVE NOTICE BUT ALL MY BILLS ON auto pay because of busy schedule) my guess is my reservations would have been canceled and down payment would have been gone had they found someone else that's why they didn't bother to send reminder until hours after. Next the house had multiply damages and me just trying to enjoy my stay not thinking me and my family would be blamed WAS A BIG MISTAKE BECAUSE THE HOST PUT EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG ON MY FAMILY AND CHARGE MY CARD THAT WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE KEPT ON FILE. IF YOUR AFRAID OF WATER BUGS DON'T STAY HERE HOUSE IS FULL OF THEM AGAIN DIDN'T COMPLAIN JUST TRIED TO ENJOY MY STAY AND MAKE THE BEST. NO POOL LIGHTS WAS NOT COOL. I HAVE STAYED IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ALL around Florida villas this by far worst experience price is to much for the simple house SHOP AROUND.

Amazing villa in excellent location

I have previously visited Orlando on 5 occasions, this is by far the best villa we have stayed at. The villa was exactly like the pictures. We were a family group of various ages from 10 months old to 72 and everyone loved the villa. The downstairs area is perfect for families, allowing you to cook whilst spending time with the family. The kitchen is well equipped to allow you to cook various meals with no issues. Bedrooms are lovely & great size. Also a massive plus we’re the beds, normally from other rental experiences bed can be uncomfortable however every person commented on how amazing the mattresses were and how well we all slept. The management company were also outstanding, anything we contacted them about was answered and dealt with immediately with no issues. We also loved the fact you have access to providence golf & leisure facilities, this is amazing location. We attended the Golf clubhouse on few occasions for amazing food and cocktails. Massive benefit it is only a short walk from the villa. They also do bingo family night on friday which is actually really good laugh and we won several hundred dollars which made it even better! overall great villa, not far from disney & universal by car. We loved also having chill days by the pool. (Also love that the pool isn’t facing onto another villa) Would defo recommend & return in the future!

Clean, Quiet & Spacious!

This house was perfect for our multi family vacation! It was very spacious & the rooms were setup perfectly! The kids & adults both enjoyed the foosball table & the air hockey/pool table in the garage/game room. The pool was a great way to unwind after a long day at local attraction like Disney which was only 30-40 minutes away depending on traffic. I would highly recommend adding the pool heat too if traveling end of winter/early spring, it made for the best evenings. We also utilized the community pool, the lap pool is heated but the other was not. The neighborhood was quiet & low traffic. Great place, we would stay here again!
