Great little New Year's getaway
The house was great and our group of 9 people (ranging in age from 9-95 y.o.) all had an amazing time! Management group had excellent communication and checked in with us before, during, and after our visit. First impression from the outside is that the house is small but because of its shotgun type layout, it was actually very spacious once you get inside. It was roomy with lots of space for us to spread out. We used the family room and kitchen the most plus the round table in the front living room. That round table was perfect for our game nights and we could leave things out on that table the whole time and still have the large dining room next to kitchen for meals! We paid extra for the pool/spa to be heated and the kids used it every day. There were a couple maintenance issues (typical stuff of rental properties) but the company was very responsive when we reached out.
My dog enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. Small easy to get around neighborhood that looked to be about 50% rentals and 50% primary residents. Club house and community playground was like a 5 minute walk away which would be great with younger kids too. Publix grocery was less than 10 minute drive away.
Only downsides were that all the bedrooms were upstairs so was hard for elderly to climb stairs and that we wished we were closer to Disney and Universal. With holiday traffic, it took us over 40 minutes to get to Disney Springs and almost an hour to get to Universal.
