My family and I (4 adults & 4 children) had a wonderful time. The reasons for the 5 stars are communication was wonderful, price was wonderful for the large house with a pool which the kids absolutely loved, we felt safe and secure there, house was very clean with comfortable beds. It was close to Legoland (19 miles and about 25 minutes with traffic). There were 2 issues but they didn't make us not have a great stay. The amount of hot water was not enough for more than 1 shower and there was some nasty ,stinky cigarette butts in the garbage disposal (I made the owner aware of that right away and they thanked me for telling them) We would stay again

House is beautiful, but we didn’t plan well enough we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or the pool table or any game in the house, we practically just be in the house to sleep. Next time we will rent it for more days, and plan our trip better.

Great location, neighborhood

Close to Orlando parks and other conveniences. Nice house with lots of space. Pool and patio are great - note: there is no handrail to get in and out of the pool. Easy and quick communication with the property manager, who addressed our requests very timely. My elderly mother and I stayed for the month of February, with different family members coming to visit throughout our stay. Everyone enjoyed the place.

Decent stay

Trash was overflowed outside of our place when we arrived, we had a garbage bag in the kitchen that didn’t fit the can, and when we asked where spares were they only supply 1. No extra toilet paper either, essentials like this should be listed especially for those flying. Pool was full of hair & water balloons. Was a little disappointed but pool was cleaned Monday and we could use it then. Pillows were like cardboard. Overall, stay was good. 30 minutes to the parks without traffic. Owner responded to our concerns quickly, but did not solve them.

Would not stay here again. Has roaches.

Pros: has plenty of space for a large family. Had a pool. Cons: Has roaches and I'm not talking about the wood roaches that wander in your home from outside. We checked in later Wednesday night so basically just went to bed. We started realizing. All the problems with the place the next day. It was like the longer we stayed the more we found wrong with this place. Roaches crawling all over the kitchen. Dishes were put away dirty and covered in food. Showers had hair in them and looked like they had not been cleaned. Tub in the master bathroom looked like it had not been scrubbed in awhile. Shampoo holder in the master shower was rusty. Bathrooms need a good deep cleaning and looked like they havent had one in a while. Toilet area in master bathroom had a off putting odor. Toilet in the bathroom near the kids room smelled strongly of pee around the back side. Sheets were stained in the master bedroom. Couldn't turn the a/c down further than 73 which made sleeping at night very uncomfortable for me since I tend to get hot. No tvs in the two kids rooms. Fixtures in the bathrooms were very outdated and some of them corroded from not being cleaned properly. As we were leaving my husband and I loaded the kids up in the car and went in to grab the last bit of our stuff. When we came out some man who lives in the neighborhood was messing around our car. I'm not sure what he was doing but when my husband saw him he stares acting weird and said he thought we forgot to turn our car off. You could clearly see us packing it up and our kids were in it. Just gave me an uncomfortable feeling. We book vacations every year through vrbo and I don't think I will be booking this one again. I did reach out to the owner the next evening once we arrived back from legoland, the response I got was they sprayed for bugs and you can visibly see powder outside. The response to the dirty shower and dishes was he wished I would have told him upon check in and sent pics and he would say something to his cleaner. Well we were not aware of any of the issues upon check in because we got in late and were tired from a 10 hr drive with kids. He did apologize but said nothing further. It's appalling we pay so much in cleaning fees only to have a dirty home to stay in.

Great Vacation Rental

The House and pool were everything we needed for our vacation. Everything worked fine. Communication with owners was good. The only thing I would recommend is add 20 to 30 minutes to any nav directions when traveling Interstate 4. I would stay here again. Thank you!
