Room was clean but did not quite meet photo expectations. Kitchen had what was needed to cook but that was it. Bathroom was a bit dank smelling and there was some rot beginning around bathroom door. Washing machine would not dry clothes so it was useless. Front doorknob was also loose. Air conditioning was adequate during the day, but seemed to not do the job at night. It would not go below 18 Celsius. There was a church right below on the street. They would often begin service around 0630, very annoying and loud. Walls seemed thin, could here neighbors quite well unfortunately. The owner/manager did respond to questions and inquiries very quickly.
