Este es un gran (ft 4500 sq) recién remodelado de 6 dormitorios, 4 baños y medio en un lote de gran tamaño frente a la bahía con su propia playa, piscina y jacuzzi con vistas a la bahía al norte, y una vista parcial del Golfo al sur. La piscina se calienta, bajo petición, por un cargo adicional. Esta es una maravillosa casa para albergar reuniones familiares o para un grupo grande.

Esta fabulosa casa tiene una cocina-comedor, comedor formal con capacidad para 16, hermosa vista del Golfo de México y el MS-Sound.

Sue���o de la isla se sometió a una extensa actualizaci��n de este año, con todos los muebles nuevos y se ha remodelado por completo en todo. Home was in great location with so much potential. Great amount of space for a large gathering. Spent thanksgiving with family here and we enjoyed it. The biggest negative with this property was the cleanliness and repairs that are needed. The home was not properly cleaned for our arrival, dirty floors, some rooms sheets were dirty, rugs had not been swept/shaken out (full of sand), toilets dirty. There are loose boards on the front porch rails, nails sticking out. The hot tub does not work (empty and dirty) which is one of the main reasons we booked this specific home, knowing we’d have colder weather. Overall, we loved the home but the negatives outweighed the positives. I’d wish to come back one day and see there to be more effort in maintaining the property.

Another excellent stay at Tidal Wave! Every type of water our group could want, easily accessible—pool, lagoon, bay beach, gulf beach. Several spacious rooms to retreat to, as well as places to gather. The giant sectional is the stuff of legends. The addition of a second fridge this year made keeping our forever hungry and thirsty kids happy a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great Stay

This was a beautiful home and a wonderful place to stay. Each bedroom was well put together most with their own bathroom which was great for our family! The location is superb and having access to our own little section of beach was wonderful. We could of spent our entire stay just at the property and had plenty to do if we wanted. Highly recommend and plan to return in the future!

Safety is a concern

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of this home and the easy access to both the bay and the gulf beaches. Several rooms have been updated. There are two washers and two dryers which was also nice. However if you are thinking about renting please read on….the house needs a lot of repairs. The pictures on VRBO are misleading. There are broken windows upstairs, a closet door fell off, the ice maker doesn’t work. There are areas on the pool deck that are rotted or the rusty nails have pulled out of planks and they pop up when you step on the other end. We marked areas with painters tape where our children weren’t allowed. The gate from the main deck to the pool lost all the screws in the top hinge so we were unable to close it correctly. I notified our contact and was told that there were never any screws in that hinge...it was four days before it was repaired. We had five children with us. I don’t consider this acceptable. We used all three bunk beds, only one had a functional ladder. We requested that the missing hardware be replaced on the other two. We were told this was a liability issue, new ladders had been ordered. We never saw them. The kitchen is well stocked but the oven does not heat correctly. Preheating took about an hour and it never reached the desired temperature requested. Outside doors on the back deck don’t always close. Some won’t lock. We have rented beach homes for over 20 years. This is the first time safety has been an issue.

Perfect Choose Your Own Adventure Launchpad

I cannot imagine a better spot for a large group with varied interests and abilities! It was just as easy to cozy up and enjoy the view with the infants, as it was to splash in the gentle bay and chase hermit crabs with the toddlers, fish in the lagoon with the teens, or splash in the pool with the tweens. There are enough rooms for everyone to have a quiet home base, and the common areas are spacious and inviting for everyone to gather and have the BEST time. We could not have enjoyed our stay more!

Beautiful Location- Relaxing Stay

The house is very spacious with lots of comfortable areas to relax in. The kitchen was very nice as it was in "cook ready shape." We made dinner every night since the kitchen had the tools to be able to accomplish that. The view and the secluded nature of the house was also wonderful. There are minor cosmetic updates that need tending to (the pool deck and pool itself as well as the laundry room area), however overall the home is very welcoming and comfortable. The onsite property mgmr was awesome!! Super accommodating of our group needs. We will definitely be back in the future!!

Has Potential

Clean, easy access, comfy beds, quick response, great home layout. Plenty of room for our family of 14. But this home needs some love. Water spots/mold on ceilings on both floors, decking has some pretty weak areas and chipping paint, some doors to outside don’t lock others won’t unlock some don’t shut. Closet door and cabinet door falling/fell off. Pool/hot tub leak to wear hose has to stay in/running. And with pictures it looks like front is on the ocean/beach and back on bay. You technically have to walk down drive across street to a beach access. Just needs some love to be at the price point that it is. We understand things aren’t going to be perfect, but as our family with 8 adults have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals this one just wasn’t up to par.

Friends and family getaway

We had a great time at the house. It's big enough to accommodate everyone. Only downside was the jets not working in the hot tub and the pool not being heated until 2 days into our trip. (that was my fault partly as I thought it was heated until may). Anyways the location was great, we saw dolphins playing while we sat on the deck. The house was clean and they answered any and all calls and questions right away. If I can afford it I will be back. Absolutely beautiful

Spacious and close to the beach and the bay

We enjoyed our stay! We had 4 families with children and my mom and we had plenty of room to hang out and spread out. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids and late night swims. We enjoyed how close we were to the beach and the bay... a quick walk across the street to the beach. The area was quiet and serene and the stay exceeded our expectations.

Spring Break!

We loved this house! The size was perfect for our large group. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome and views off the decks were amazing. There was so much space and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware. Having two washers and dryers was perfect! When we had an issue with the hot tub the property communicated promptly and Dave came over and fixed it right away! He was great☺ We will definitely be back!

Great vacation home

It was a wonderful home away for our family. Plenty of room for us all. The kitchen had everything we needed. LOVED the 2 washers & dryers! Dave was there when we needed him. We spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub. The ocean views were beautiful. The area is well worth visiting..

Amazing Getaway

Roomy , spacious, beautiful views, kitchen is well stocked for cooking, dual grills is great for a large group and then water access plus pool and hot tub make for an amazing getaway. Highly recommended!
