¡Piscina privada! Maravillosa frente al mar de dos pisos, tres dormitorios, dos y medio baño casa en el extremo oeste de la isla. Esta casa se encuentra en las orillas de arena de la MS-Sound con el Golfo de México en toda la calle.

Esta casa tiene muchas características agradables que normalmente no se ven en una casa de playa: nuevas encimeras de granito en la cocina y nuevos pisos de madera noble en la cocina y el área de estar. La principal planta baja tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio a la cubierta con vistas al sonido de Mississippi y un ba��o grande con bañera y ducha a ras. Disfrutar de las comodidades del hogar con una cama king-size y televisión de pantalla plana con DVD incorporado.

Arriba, en la zona de loft, disfrutar de una pequeña terraza privada con vistas al Golfo de México y un sofá cama. El maestro de arriba tambi��n tiene una puerta corredera de cristal que da al agua, cama extra grande y baño de gran tamaño. Esta sala también ofrece una litera equipado con un gemelo en una completa. Esta sala también cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana con DVD. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble de tamaño y pantalla plana con DVD incorporado.

Disfrutar de la vida al aire libre con una envolvente de la cubierta, con impresionantes vistas del agua desde cualquier zona, mientras que la parrilla en la parrilla de gas. Esta casa también cuenta con una piscina construida en la cubierta (no climatizada) Esta casa lo tiene todo!

Pictures are Deceiving

The pictures shown are not what the house looks like now. The pool deck area needs a lot of work. The 1/2 bath sink is crooked. We arrived with no paper towels, a rotting cake in a cabinet, and the ceiling fan downstairs not working; the ceiling fan in the queen bedroom had a blade that was broken, the sliding back door in the master bedroom didn't open, and the A/C was at 80 degrees. After we settled in, it was not too bad - I just wasn't expected to deal with all this upon arrival and after a 14-hour drive. The house definitely could use some work, especially on the outside; all in all, it was a decent stay with a great location.

Just my thoughts.

We overall enjoyed our stay. I will say this, the property could use some updating and really needs a good deep clean. Also on Saturday, a man and young female just appeared on the property in the pool area. My husband went to investigate and they said they were there to change the pool pump, which was fine. I just wish I had gotten a text from the rental agency informing me that they would be coming so we weren’t trying to figure out why some random people were showing up. Other than that we loved the view and the decking out to the water and the private beach area. Pool was too chilly for me but it was very relaxing just hanging out on the deck. Pool also seemed very low on water. Overall we would come back and would recommend to others.

Relaxing

Dauphin Island is laid back quiet and peaceful. The house was on the bay with access to the beach very near by. You have ocean views from the front of this property. House a little dated outside but overall a great property and great location. Property Manager is very responsive so if you have any questions or concerns they follow up immediately. This made for a very good vacation spot. The lighthouse bakery was a life saver for breakfast as you are very limited on the island for Breakfast unless you brought your own. House has everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Enjoy

I luv the house it’s was beautifully decorated.

This place was so peaceful and quiet. My grandkids came with us on vacation. They loved the pool and wanted to stay out there the whole time. They loved the bunk beds, the showers, and the stairs. It was the best vacation place ever. We will come again soon.

Easy Breezy was wonderful!

Our stay was fantastic. Our family loved the pool, the beds were SO comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the boardwalk to the beach was super convenient, and the house is just beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Easy breezy

We enjoyed the stay but there was a few issues. The location was really good for us. The pool was a plus. The issues were 1) the bed on bottom floor smelt like pee A) AFTER REMOVING THE SHEETS WE FOUND BIG PEE STAINS 2) THAT SAME BED FRAME AND BOX SPRING BROKE A) COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT 3) THE BED ABOVE MASTER ON 2ND FLOOR WAS HARDER THAN A ROCK AND UNCOMFORTABLE WE ENDED UP LEAVING ON THURSDAY INSTEAD OF SATURDAY AS S PLANNED

Not what I expected

The Pool was unusable due to damage. The jacuzzi didn’t work. The shower was leaking under the house. The wifi didn’t work last two days of vacation. It was disappointing. I expect to rent something that it will be in working order when I arrive.

Great time spent - house location great and pool is a great bonus. Big Bang for the buck. Gorgeous sunsets!! Deck is perfect but needs lounge chairs for sunning. One complaint - not real clean. Stairs and handrail were nasty.

Easy Breezy so Awesome!

The beach home Easy Breezy is an absolutely beautiful home with an above ground walkway out to the bay beach. Huge property which is so nice not to be on top of each other. I don't think the property had been completely cleaned. We left a comforter in the laundry hallway, that was smelly, we did not use it. Some of the cook wear was not useable. In spite of a few things we still enjoyed our stay.

Easy Breezy Getaway

Our entire family enjoyed the location of the house on the island. We also enjoyed the pool on a regular basis. The beach on the bay side changes by the day which is great for kids. The pool,house, and deck are in need of touch ups and the wear is very evident. The front steps and deck need immediate attention. Nails are raised and loose boards made it very unsafe to walk on. This was mentioned to the staff the first day with no repairs even when they said they would. Would still recommend the island and house with improvement mentioned.

Living on Island time

Our vacation was great except for a few minor glitches. When we arrived the code that they had text us was not the right code, but we contacted the manager and they sent us the correct code, the WiFi did not work and we were informed that they would alert the company to come check it and no one never came, so no WiFi for the week.

Family friendly

My wife, two kids and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. We have stayed on the Gulf in the past, and while we missed the sound and smell of the ocean, the pool made this place completely worth it for us. The boardwalk to the bay makes it easy to walk down to build sandcastles or find shells, and the Gulf is easily accessed across the street. We walked to West End Beach and loved it there. I agree with a previous review that upgraded mattresses and black-out curtains would take this from good to great. (Beds are acceptable bc the pillows are stellar.) We did have to deal with mosquito bites, and my wife cleaned the banister bc it was filthy. Showers were clean and kitchen was well equipped for our needs. We would stay again. Comfy living room furniture. The kids had a blast in the pool and we appreciated the door alarm on the big sliding doors to keep the little ones safe. Overall, great vacation beach house.

Perfect place to relax!

The property is in a perfect quiet location. The spaces are very functional for our family of 6. It is very convenient to get to everything. Perfect for a family vacation with lots of room for everyone! Pool was clean and just the perfect size. Beach was extremely accessible on the new dock that made the walk very easy. All appliances worked well and the kitchen (such a beautiful view of bay) had all basic necessities to prepare meals. Definitely would stay again.
