Vacation home " Seegarten " at the Baltic Sea, wellness bath, fireplace, free WLAN -SEASIDE-

This new great holiday home "Seegarten Bellefleur" (first rented in 2015) for four people is located just 300 m from the sandy beach. The approximately 140 m² large and exclusively equipped holiday home with a sea-facing balcony is located on a 650 m² plot with a beautifully landscaped and fenced garden.
The heart of the house is a 30 m² full wellness bath with bio-sauna, free-standing bathtub and large walk-in shower. In front of the living room there is a covered patio with a grill and garden furniture. Children can let off steam on football or badminton on the large lawn. A lockable shed for bicycles and other sports equipment is located on the north side of the house, kayaks and canoes can be stored on the fenced lawn.
The house is light and airy in coastal style with white wooden furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality branded appliances.
In the living / dining area you will find a cozy sofa corner with a large flat screen TV. A fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere even in cool weather phases.
The generous amount of space, the wellness facilities and the high-quality equipment of this holiday home enable a relaxing holiday in all seasons. The free W-LAN provides the necessary communication and entertainment.
The environment is perfect for nature lovers, romantics and families with children.
On the doorstep you will find the popular Baltic Sea Cycle Path on which you can go on extensive bike tours. The beach belonging to a nature reserve is only 200 m away. The bank drops off very gently and is therefore also suitable for small children. Dogs are also welcome in this house.

Ein fantastisches und ausgestattetes Haus!

Einfach toll! Sehr sauber, die Küche hat ALLES, Sauna is neu und mit einem Hund ist es perfekt (der eingezäunte Garten und in der Nähe vom Hundestrand). Umgebung ist sehr interessant und Familie Mummert war auch einfach super. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen!! :-)

Wunderschön!

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 1 Hund. Es ist hell und sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet. Der Garten mit genügend Pravatsphäre lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Terrasse haben wir oft am Abend zum Essen benützt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub hier sehr genossen!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus und ruhiger Lage. Die Erholung beginnt bereits beim Eintreten. Durch die Sauna im großartigen Wellnessbad und dem Kamin kann man auch zu kalten und stürmigen Zeiten einen tollen Urlaub verbringen. Die Ostsee ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und eine Wanderung nach Travemünde am Strand ist zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Mummert war sehr freundlich. Wir und unsere 4Beiner kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus das keine Wünsche offen lässt ☺

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen gern wieder. Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen und wir konnten beim Frühstück die Eichhörnchen im Garten beobachten. Entspannung pur! Die Einrichtung ist perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung.

Das Ferienhaus liegt nah am Meer, ist hell und sonnig und schön eingerichtet. Vor allem das geräumige Wellnessbad mit Sauna im Obergeschoss ist ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Haushalts ist umfassend, alles war sehr sauber. Nur die Fensterscheiben gehören dringend mal geputzt.

Ein tolles Haus in ruhiger und schöner Lage!

Alles perfekt, eigentlich fehlt nur ein Insektenschutz für die Schlafzimmerfenster. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass die Agentur auf meine E-Mails mit den gemeldeten Defekten kurz reagiert hätte. Zugebuchte Handtücher etwas „dürftig“, kein Duschvorleger. Bei einem Haus dieser Ausstattungsklasse entspricht es meinem Serviceverständnis, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche eingepreist sind und ich mich nicht gesondert kümmern muss.

Perfekt, um abzuschalten

Ein sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Haus. Prima, dass Hunde aufgenommen werden, allerdings sollten sie im EG bleiben, was in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden sollte, denn das ist nicht für alle Hunde so einfach. Außerdem ist die Internetverbindung nicht die beste. Aber das Haus ist ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet, der Garten gut eingewachsen und somit nicht einsehbar. Allerdings bedeutet dies auch, dass im Spätsommer nicht so viel Sonne vor allem ins EG gelangt, es ist also nicht zu jeder Jahreszeit so hell, wie beschrieben. Und die Beleuchtung im Haus ist eher stimmungsvoll als hell. Aber man kann es sich nach einem Spaziergang am nah gelegenen Strand (Hundestrand einen Zugang weiter entfernt) prima bequem machen und bei einem Feuer im Kaminofen die Seele baumeln lassen...

Ein tolles Haus mit hervorragender Ausstattung

Vorab großes Lob zu diesem Haus! Die Lage ist topp, die Ausstattung auf hohem Niveau. Möbel, Leuchten, Küchengeräte, Haushaltsartikel, Badezimmer - alles auf absolut hohem Niveau und in Markenqualität. Das Haust ist sehr funktional aber gleichzeitig auch überaus stilvoll eingerichtet. Hier findet man nicht, wie allzu oft anderswo, alte Möbel aus dem eigenen Hausstand, mit denen das Ferienhaus eingerichtet wurde, oder sinnlose Gegenstände, die man selbst nicht mehr braucht und deshalb ins Ferienhaus legt. Die Küchenausstattung ist auch vorbildlich - wir haben nichts vermisst. Was wir allerdings vermisst haben, war der "persönliche" Touch. Ein kleiner Willkommensgruß, z.B. frische Blumen, eine schöne Postkarte mit "Willkommen Familie ...", eine Flasche Wein, ein Glas Marmelade aus der Region, o.a., wäre schön gewesen und hätte uns bei der Ankunft das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. In viele vergleichbaren Häusern, die wir in den Ferien gemietet hatten, legte man auf diese Kleinigkeiten (die auch kein Geld kosten) großen Wert. So gab man uns das Gefühl, immer auch ganz persönlich willkommen zu sein. Auch hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass der (tolle!) Kühlschrank schon angewesen wäre - das hätte die Haltbarkeit unserer kurz vorher frisch eingekauften Lebensmittel deutlich begünstigt. Schließlich noch ein Wort zum Internet. Wir wissen nicht woran es liegt (alter Server, Internet per Satellit, schlechte Infrastruktur in der Gegend), aber das Netzwerk vor Ort ist so unglaublich langsam und immer wieder durch Aussetzer unterbrochen, dass man auf diesen Umstand hinweisen sollte. Manchmal gibt es Gäste, die möglicherweise auch im Urlaub eine Videokonferenz besuchen oder einen Film aus dem Internet streamen wollen. Der Vorteil: Man lässt es sein und liest stattdessen ein gutes Buch in diesem schönen Haus oder nutzt die tolle Sauna. Vermisst haben wir es also nicht, aber gerne hätten wir es vorher gewusst. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Den Hausbesitzern bzw. Verwaltern empfehlen wir einen wie oben beschriebenen Willkommensgruß. Nach einer langen Anfahrt fühlt man sich dann gleich wie zu Besuch bei Freunden.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wunderschöne Lage, ruhig und erholsam. Außer Vogelgezwitscher und Meeresrauschen war nichts zu hören. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an GAR nichts. Sie entspricht genau den eingestellten Bildern plus Wohlfühleffekt. Mit Hund optimal, tolle Sparziergänge am Strand und im Naturschutzgebiet möglich. Ohne Auto ist man allerdings aufgeschmissen, optimal ist die Fortbewegung mit dem Fahrrad um die Gegend zu erkunden. Somit ist der Priwall und Travemünde (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) gut zu erreichen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

eine Reise wert

Das Ferienhaus ist eine Reise unbedingt wert. Es ist vorbildlich gepflegt, hat eine wirklich hervorragende Ausstattung, wobei hier insbesondere die Bäder zu nennen sind als exklusives Moment, hat einen in sich abgeschlossenen Gartenbereich. Um es kurz zu machen: wir kommen gerne und unbedingt bei einer nächsten Gelegenheit wieder.
